But assuming he knew that he was going to do this I would expect him to want to avoid being pulled over.

You’re assuming he was rational.

He probably drove like a maniac because he’s a maniac.

@KerryWeaversSpecs no left bias here 😜
you can put whatever you want into Google to get a journey time but when you actually do it it’s a different story. I did this journey for 10 years Rotherham to Glos and then her destination is 2hours from here and if anyone on this thread had done it they would know what I’m talking about it may well say 4 hours 10 minutes but in reality it’s not ever. I don’t know of any conspiracy theory but I do know the journey time doesn’t add up which makes me suspicious

Seriously just stop. No one cares about your driving from Gloucester to Rotherham and you sound ridiculous.

Parsley4321 · Yesterday 23:09

@Gengha thank you for your observation let’s just see how this pans out

Choux · Yesterday 23:09

I sometimes watch Murder on CCTV on Red and quite a few times the police find that the time on the CCTV is out. So he may have left Rotherham earlier than just before 8am.

I also noticed a discrepancy in the DM’s reporting today. Again this could be because the time on the CCTV at Ann’s house is incorrect. Or perhaps the DM have mis written the time he entered the house as 12.01pm (and therefore left at 12.03). Because we have previously been told she was sending WhatsApp messages to TV staff till 12.20. Perhaps the time should be 12.31?

Yes, shall we

I see you’ve made zero comment on any of the relevant information that’s been released publicly, nor given any view as tio why this would be being set up, as you are inferring

Parsley4321 · Yesterday 23:15

@Gengha no I haven’t have I and neither will I let’s just see what happens

I don't normally get involved in this sort of speculation but in the later pic he seems to have more hair in the sense of it has receeded less than in earlier pic. So unless he's had a hair transplant is it really the same man? I don't think it looks like him even apart from the hair, but the hairline just looks really different. And his face, what can be seen of it.
RIP Ann, I didn't agree with her on most things but she didn't deserve this kind of suffering and I've been struck by how people from all over the political spectrum say she was lovely and kind to them. We all have some bonkers views but how we actually treat others counts. So I may even have revised my view of her.

The 'picture' of him with the car is AI generated from grainy CCTV so where his hairline is in that picture is completely irrelevant.

I don’t actually care about her views. I care only about a tiny vulnerable old lady the same age as my mum having her lunch in her home, her safe haven and space which should have been sacrosanct and the terror and pain of her final moments. I have just felt crushed since hearing the brutality of what happened to her. I just can’t believe that her life was snuffed out like this in such a sickening act of brutality.

Agree completely. I’d be horrified about this whoever the victim was.

Poor Ann didn’t deserve this. No one does.

The whole thing is so bizarre but horrifying at the same time.

I can’t get it out of my mind, it’s really upset me, god knows how the people who actually knew and loved her feel, they must be utterly traumatised.

Lots of factors affect this, tho -
Speed of driving.
School hols always means roads are quiter.
Specifically where in Rotherham he/you left from could easily add a significant amount of time.

I think it's pretty clear that there's evidence placing him at both houses, and along the route

I feel the same - and I know lots of people are saying "I didn't agree with her views but..." I can see why they say that (I didn't either), because it's important to be able to care about someone and have compassion even if they had different views, and to model that and point it out. So many people don't seem to think that way and think if you're not left-wing or woke you're evil and who cares if you die.

I can't bear to think of her in her old age being horrifically attacked in her own home like that. She was happy there, she was living her best life in her community, she had a cat, she should have been safe. It's just so wrong and awful. And of course yet more male VAWG. And like you say, feels so unbelievable that it's happened.

I am really hoping that although she will have had a few seconds of terror, the first blow knocked her unconscious and she wasn't aware of anything more.

There is no way he drove from Rotherham to her home killed her by 12.20 it is impossible completely

It is a 4.5 hour drive. Perfectly possible if you set off by 8am.

And she was killed at 12.30, not 12.20.
