Claig you crack me up
In a good way

WinchesterWoman · 13/10/2016 13:50

Uh huhHmm

Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 13:50

claig

I gave you the link to the video of DT sexualising a 10 year old up there. Did you miss it?

Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 13:51

WW - in any event - actual sexual violence in my book is worse than something claimed to be said IN PRIVATE by someone whose husband had just confessed to cheating on her.

WinchesterWoman · 13/10/2016 13:54

Who said it wasn't
Enabling sexual violence however?

Amalfimamma · 13/10/2016 13:54

What about spending 100k of campaign money on a group of detectives to investigate the woman who came forward to claim sexual assault and saying if she were to cross examine them she would "crucify them" ?

Yet now all victims are to Believed?

HRC could be believed and trusted as far as you could kick her.

claig · 13/10/2016 13:56

'I gave you the link to the video of DT sexualising a 10 year old up there. Did you miss it?'

I have just seen it. He made a live quip on national TV in front of an audience of tens of millions. He didn't abuse her.

Claig - Abuse can take the form of inappropriate comments aimed at vulnerable people. That was a highly inappropriate comment aimed at a vulnerable person.

Yes Clinton is shit, but bloody hell open your eyes to what Trump has been saying. If you defend him on these things you are condoning him.

Loving how all of Trumps accusers are supposedly liars, but all of Clintons accusers are telling the truth. Taking your flipping blinkers off.

And Wanttobe - is there anything other than Obamacare that you like talking about?

Winchester - up thread you seemed to have strong principles, but all it boils down to is the same as Claig you just want to stick it to the establishment no matter the cost.

And breathe.

Amalfimamma · 13/10/2016 14:14

It depends. I've been accused off illegal activity, had defamatory comments made about myself and my family and been threatened online because I refused to accept clinton as a viable candidate, and had the gallery to say she is as bad as trump for her derogatory comments about women.

The clinton supporters would nearly want to make you vote trump just to pass them off see the fireworks.

Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 14:20

I didn't say there was physical abuse of 10 year old, I said there was a video of DT saying he would be dating a 10 year old in 10 years. Treating a child as a sexual object.

fourmummy · 13/10/2016 14:20

This makes sobering reading (I've fact-checked the first five entries). All happening under HC's 'watch', who has been wandering around the corridors of power for 30-odd years:

78 million adults are not in the workplace.
Participation rate is at 63%, close to all time lows.
U6 measure of unemployment at 10%.
50 million Americans on food stamps.
25% of American kids living in poverty.
45 million Americans living in poverty.
6 million Americans living in mobile homes.
600,000 Americans are homeless.
300,000 Americans over 50 living on the streets.
1% own 40% of all wealth in America.
20 individuals have more wealth than 50% of the population.
Wages in real terms are stuck back in the 1980s.
2 million Americans bankrupted through medical bills each year.
68% of American adults have no savings/can't cover an emergency bill.
1 in 3 Americans have saved zero for pensions and don't have retirement savings plans.
Public pension scheme has a $4.5 trillion hole, in total a $7 trillion hole.
Unfunded liabilities now at $130 trillion.
20 million college educated young adults in menial jobs.
Median wage is $28,000.
OECD - America has highest percentage of low paid jobs than any other developed nation.
Incarceration rate highest on planet at 2.4 million.

claig · 13/10/2016 14:22

'That was a highly inappropriate comment aimed at a vulnerable person.'

Let's get this in proportion. The comment that Trump made was not to the 10 year old girl, it was to the TV audience, he didn't address the girl, he addressed the audience. It is the type of quip that someone like Brucie might have said years ago on the Generation Game TV Show or whatever it was called. To equate that to What Bill Clinton is alleged to have done minimises abuse.

“We’re going to turn him into Bill Cosby.”

—Trump campaign CEO Stephen Bannon

speaking about Bill Clinton

www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-10-12/trump-takes-a-back-to-the-future-focus-on-bill-clinton-s-women

Then watch the hypocrisy of the media and Establishment over what Bill Clinton is alleged to have done and what Trump has said on tape.

OP posts:
OhYouBadBadKitten · 13/10/2016 14:27

bollocks.

Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 14:33

I am amazed that you think that sort of comment is acceptable claig.

Bill clinton is not running for office - DT is.

Fourmummy - over the last 30 years there have been 3 republican presidents and two democrats. the senate is pretty evenly split between R&D over that time and the house is more predominately republican.

To allocate that list to Hillary Clinton is laughable. You could say the same of any politician active over the past 30 years. if anything there have been more republicans in power.

claig · 13/10/2016 14:37

'I am amazed that you think that sort of comment is acceptable claig.'

Trump said to the TV audience of millions "can you believe, I'm going to be dating her in 10 years' time?"

That would be when she was 20. It is not abuse and the media has brought this up when it was shown nationally to millions of viewers years ago and probably afterwards Hillary went to his wedding, and Romney took camapign endoesements from him etc.

OP posts:
Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 14:39

If you can't see how that comment is unacceptable then you are beyond help.

claig · 13/10/2016 14:40

Wait till you hear what Bill Clinton is alleged to have done. And everyone knew the allegations, including the media and world leaders who lauded him.

Maybe Trump is going to bring it all up, I don't know.

OP posts:
Boosiehs · 13/10/2016 14:41

Bill Clinton is not running for office.

claig · 13/10/2016 14:44

'Bill Clinton is not running for office.'

Thank God. But Trump may well expose the hypocrisy of the entire system and Establishment. Some of these high level people think they are above the law because the Establishment protected them. Well Trump has said that some will be going to jail. Trump doesn't play nice and the more they try to smear him, the more un-nice he will probably get.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 13/10/2016 14:47

ALLEGED, Yes ALLEGED, I could allege that I saw Theresa May doing the tango down Westminster bridge wearing a tutu and a tartan wig singing 'I'm a lumberjack' . It doesn't make it necessarily true.

claig · 13/10/2016 14:47

"Hillary Clinton: Above the law?

For those who wonder why the vast majority of regular Americans think Washington, D.C., is rigged against them, just look at today’s headlines.

They show that the elite and well-connected in Washington play by a different set of rules."

thehill.com/opinion/op-ed/286723-hillary-clinton-above-the-law

It is all coming to an end and the whole world has never witnessed anything like it and the world leaders never dreamed it could ever happen.

'ALLEGED, Yes ALLEGED, I could allege that I saw Theresa May doing the tango down Westminster bridge wearing a tutu and a tartan wig singing 'I'm a lumberjack' . It doesn't make it necessarily true.'

Everyone knows that is preposterous, Theresa May doesn't do the tango, she prefers the two-step.

Amal I'm half-way thru that video about Hilllllary. Wow, but it brought back into my memory information I had forgotten, i.e. the Travelgate episode and Whitewater to mention just two.
