'However, you might as well elect Basil Brush as president.'

That has already been tried and Goerge W Bush failed.

Actually the people at Southampton airport are saying "why is my pound worth less than a euro?".

Roussette · 12/10/2016 20:56

I hope that was said with a smile on your face WW

ZuleikaDobson · 12/10/2016 20:57

Steve is OK, except that he had a go at Theresa May recently and i didn't like that.

But, but - Theresa May is Oxbridge educated. Surely in your book that makes her a legitimate target?

WinchesterWoman · 12/10/2016 20:57

And we can reply 'well partly because the remainers keep talking down the economy and the EU is behaving in a quasi-nationalist protective and spiteful fashion'

right that's it i'm off

WinchesterWoman · 12/10/2016 20:58

Yes Roussette - i'm only cross with myself for not moving away from the computer

Southallgirl · 12/10/2016 20:58

Claig Farage must have "got it" because he dedicated 25 yrs to getting us out of the EU, extraordinary determination dont you think?

Kaija · 12/10/2016 20:59

"Actually the people at Southampton airport are saying "why is my pound worth less than a euro?".

Well yes, but you know, if they've got the money to get on a ferry and the presumption to go somewhere foreign they are definitely part of the corrupt global elite.

Roussette · 12/10/2016 21:00

We're a frustrating lot WW Grin

Kaija · 12/10/2016 21:03

Absolutely, southall. And he was picked up on for displaying fascistic tendencies while still at school, so he was showing that dedication from an early age. A very unique talent that one.

claig · 12/10/2016 21:05

'Theresa May is Oxbridge educated. Surely in your book that makes her a legitimate target?'

How dare you! Certainly not Theresa May, and Thatcher, who was Oxbridge, are not like a lot of the rest of them. Steve Hilton is Oxbridge too and he is good. They are not all servants and sycophants to the Establishment. There are a lot of good ones too and Theresa, Thatcher and Steve are among the best.

'Claig Farage must have "got it" because he dedicated 25 yrs to getting us out of the EU, extraordinary determination dont you think?'

Farage is good, he got that little bit of it, but he doesn't see the big picture which is why he can't be bothered to stay in politics and fight for the big picture. He doesn't really understand the Trump phenomenon, he doesn't understand the feelings of ordinary Americans who shout "Lock Her Up", he hasn't got a clue what really goes on in the world and what is at stake for the middle class and ordinary people. Trump is in a fight to the end against the entire "corrupt global establishment" and Farage doesn't get it.

It is all ending. We teh British people stopped it with Brexit

Hopefully, Claig. of course the plan is not to bring the standard of living in less developed countries up to our level, but to bring ours down to meet theirs coming up. It is the West's standard of living which must be sacrificed on the altar of a one world govt.

Kaija · 12/10/2016 21:08

"And we can reply 'well partly because the remainers keep talking down the economy and the EU is behaving in a quasi-nationalist protective and spiteful fashion'"

That's hilarious. Behold the awesome power of the Bremoaners crashing the pound to a 168 year low.

We're certainly well on the way to achieving this with Brexit.

Claig - do you agree with the following.

"There is a transnational ruling class, a "Superclass", that agrees on establishing a world government. The middle class is targeted for elimination, and to fully integrate and internationalize a middle class, would require industrialization and development in Africa, and certain places in Asia and Latin America. The goal of the Superclass is not to lose their wealth and power to a middle class, but rather to extinguish the notion of a middle class, and transnationalize a lower, uneducated, labor oriented class, through which they will secure ultimate wealth and power."

claig · 12/10/2016 21:14

'of course the plan is not to bring the standard of living in less developed countries up to our level, but to bring ours down to meet theirs coming up. It is the West's standard of living which must be sacrificed on the altar of a one world govt.'

Absolutely right. But Trump has stepped out of Trump Tower and said "Hell no!" and the Republican voters backed him above the media favourite Establishment candidates. Trump is ending their entire plan which is why they are so frightened and all say he is "unfit" from Paris to London, to Beijing, to Washington. They won't beat the people as you can see from the BBC Newsnight report on Trump fans in Youngstown, Ohio where a woman says "they slaughter him on TV, everytie you turn it on they slaughter him, but it is only making me like him more because all teh Democrats, the Republicans and the media are against him. Never have so many people been against one man"

"Never have so many people been against one man"

Well maybe, you know, Hitler...

claig · 12/10/2016 21:22

'do you agree with the following.'

Not all of it. I want the whole world to industrialise and have progress, as does Trump because he is a businessman not a "politician". I want prosperity for everyone, not the elite's "sustainable future" where they dictate to the people what resources they are allowed to have. They want to destry the middle class to make life harder for ordinary people so that people can never raise their heads above the glass ceiling and join in real prosperity. They want to limit our prosperity by divide and rule, by a race to the bottom where they pit cheaper labour against people who have already managed to climb up some steps of the ladder.

Trump wants peace, he wants to get on with Putin, he wanst to stop spending trillions on wars in the Middle East, he wants to do business with the world but not on terms that destroy American jobs and wages. He wants to protect what America has built, rebuild its crumbling infratsructure and put it back on a par with China's new infrastructure, and spread wealth to all of the people not just the 1% elite.

OP posts:
Southallgirl · 12/10/2016 21:28

Like the EU, Hilllllary is attracted to a one world govt because she is one of the elite. Although it will not happen in her lifetime, I cannot comprehend why anyone would favour such a world.

"Modern democracy, as we know it, is approx 250 years old. For most of history, except for this brief period, the world has been ruled by powerful elites who wielded absolute power over their societies, controlled the wealth and resources of their known world, and dominated their people by force. The one world govt cabal plans to restore this model of totalitarian rule on a global scale.

"The endgame will be a one-world government presiding over the earth for the benefit of global oligarchs and their superclass functionaries, leaving the mass of humanity as serfs, to serve the elite, while suffering impoverishment and immiseration."

Yep, TTIP would enable the EU to be a centre for manufacturing and servicing, not just for the elite but also to serve ME's demands for goods of every kind. USA wants a piece of the action in Europe too. Citizens will become a pool of workers to dip into, not allowed to protest about wages, conditions or to form unions.

Kaija · 12/10/2016 21:29

Bullshit on stilts Claig. You've seen trump's tax plans.

claig · 12/10/2016 21:37

TTIP, which Obama wanted and Hillary now says she is against after Bernie was so strong against it, was part of the corporatocracy where national sovereign governments' powers would be decreased in favour of globalised corporate legal rules which the people in democracies would be unable to overturn or object to. They wanted to rush it through before Trump gets in, just as they managed to speed up and race through their Climate Deal in a blind panic before Trump gets in.

But the whole world has changed, populism has combined left and right, Corbyn and Trump and Bernie against the corporate elite and they are taking a pasting from the people and now the battle of the people vs the elites is being staged in the most important and powerful country on the planet. If the peope win, it is curtains for the 1% and their plans. Trump has said he will instruct a Special Prosecutor to look into Hillary, but a lot of other elites are also worried about what Trump will do to them.

OP posts:
claig · 12/10/2016 21:41

' You've seen trump's tax plans.'

Absolutely. Reinvigorate business, take millions of low paid workers out of taxation completely and let the middle class keep more of the money they have earned rather than giving it to the "career politicians" and "permanent bureaucracy" who spend it on Millenium Dome's or on foreign aid to Columbian farmers to "save the planet" by combatting the flatulence of their cow herds.

The game of the "career politicians" is up, the phoney charidees and Foundations will be looked into and public money that was misused by tax-exempt rich billionaires and politicians and all their schemes and scams will be shut down.

OP posts:
Kaija · 12/10/2016 21:44

47% of cuts in Trump's tax plan are for the richest 1%

claig · 12/10/2016 21:49

As Jerry Falwell Jr said to Lou Dobbs

'I think it is certain Establishment Republicans in the party who really don't care if Clinton is the President as long as Trump is not. It is how you would expect the Establishment to react because they have so much to lose."'

Their worst nightmare is about to come true on Nov 8, but first we have another debate on Oct 19th. Grab the popcorn, take a seat, enjoy the ride and laugh at the look on the faces of the privileged cushioned elites who bailed out Wall Street with the people's money.

OP posts:
claig · 12/10/2016 21:52

'47% of cuts in Trump's tax plan are for the richest 1%'

That's OK, incentive to invest and work hard and take risks. Incentive to earn and prosper and not have it taken away by a corrupt 'political class' who bomb Libya and carry out regime change and destroy the lives of millions of people in the Middle East so that they feel they have to risk their lives in dinghies and rickety boats crossing te Mediterranean for a better life after the political class destroyed their countries by regime change.
