BelgianBun - Has a bun in the oven!!!!! Praising God for her BFP and hoping the PG continues smoothly .... Prayers for her Dsis who is under-going treatment for breast cancer and is expected to make a full recovery

Disenchanted3 - Prayers for her Grandad who is in his final days.

LeannaBanana - Praying for her niece (4 yrs old) who is commencing the intensification stage of her treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Her name is Amelia Yves and her sister is called Lynsey.

Clockface - Facing the prospect of moving counties in Sept in order to commence her studies Prayers for her and her family as they make plans, especially moving schools for her two children

amber - On-going prayers for her DH's health and prayers for God's love to surround her as she is currently over-whelmed by circumstances, particularly after loosing her two precious pet dogs in the space of a few weeks xx

JentlyDoesIt - Has found herself in a very difficult situation with her DP. Prayers for them as they cope this this and for protection over their precious DCs. Prayers for her DP who has an infection in his scrotum following 'the snip' and protection for them all as they head to Spain for 2 weeks. May this be a time of rest and renewal for them all. Prayers that JDI who find a new job asap too

MYJobIsMum - Prayers of resiliance for her and her DP as they challenge their DS's difficult behaviour and that he would continue to be dry at night again. Prayers for both the children as they commence sharing a room for the 1st time and protection for MJIM's sis and DP who are currently travelling the world together.

MargaretMountford Requested prayers for her niece who will be under-going an MRI today (20.04.2009) to check the extent of the cancer that has been discovered. He is only 21.

CaptainDippy - On-going prayers for hers and DH's relationship. Prayers for her BF's DH who is currently in hospital under-going tests because he keeps weeing blood and is in a lot of discomfort

Off to see gp today for check-up (routine for anti-mad tabs ). I'm going to mention my constant tiredness to see if she thinks its anything worth bothering about. I expect its just normal with having a baby but surely other people don't physically struggle to stay awake like this? Maybe they do?!

lol, CC. I went to the GP with a similar complaint while back. She took lots of bloodtests and eventually concluded that I had Two-boy-itis and that it would get better in time. She was right!

Jen - special prayers for you and your dh. Can't begin to imagine how you are coping at the moment. Keep on posting, and we will certainly keep on praying.

Clockface - praying for your selection process. (And once again, thanks so much for recommending Linda Dillow. I am now really enjoying "Satisfy my soul". Totally recommend her to anyone else wanting a challenging, yet reassuring read, about learning to lean more on God, and the joys of doing so.)

evening all just checking in and to ask or payers for church at the minute it seems like everyone is suffering with depression, breakdown, type things atm. Just the thought that we are under attack springs to mind just now. All at a time when actually I am feeling quite good for a change. Praying for you all

NQGU - dh's arm aches alot, not alot we can do with such a physical job, I try to help when I can, and book him the lighter jobs, but they arn't good payers. lol at your 2 boy-itis I have the same itis

dd is getting there - she even went out last eve. Just pray for her for new found friendships (she never has had mates really)pray that she makes good choices and that she wont be used or draawn into things that are wrong.

Thankyou for praying for my SIL. My 5th nephew was born at 10.30 last night, forceps but all is well. He has a fabby family name and we are all delighted (though dc don't know yet, and dd1 was holding out for a girl!)

It has gone really well thanks. Many thanks for prayers said - they worked!

Prayers all round - for Naomi and NSFN's dd, for CC and her new Cave, for Amber, that she finds the peace and safe haven here she needs, for Jently, her DH and her family during this difficult time.
Jently - if you run out of jobs for him send round here to cut my grass ;) Fed up of waiting for DH to do it!

Please excuse typos and know that I am praying for you but an a bit overwhelmed atm.

Yesterday DD2 was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and put into a Pavlik sling for about 22 weeks of treatment if it works or she'll have to have surgery. I'm not really sure where to start to ask for prayers. I think the first prayer request is for the Lord to provide equipment for us to look after her. We don't need anything fancy just stuff that is wide enough. A baby bean bag and a very lightweight wrap sling would make life a lot easier and are recommended for us to get them but they are expensive and we've already had to buy a different pram (also need a pram seat for DD1 for the pram!). I know that the Lord will provide but this is so very hard.

Oh SS Special prayers for you coming to terms with this. I hope that you have posted a general thread on MN for advice and help. There will be others out there in MNworld who have been through this and come out the other side (they may even have baby bean bags and special slings to sell second hand too - worth asking, Sweetheart. [smile})

Oh blast, SS. Prayers aplenty. Does the HV have any clues if there's an equipment loan service for children round where you are somewhere?

An old friend of ours had a dd with the same thing. Long old wait to fix it, but it worked and she's great now. Praying that this will be the same for your lovely little one.

SS Sad to hear this about your little one. Prayers for you all to cope with it as well as you can.

I also have a dd with a hip condition (dd2 has Perthes disease, which has crumbled the bone in her right hip and she is off her feet as much as possible till it regrows) so if you want to chat feel free.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned Steps to you - they can be very helpful and supportive and might be able to help with the equipment issue.

I am back from my three days of intensive interviewing! I feel a bit spaced out today tbh - too much thinking! I think it went well, and I am full of peace that God is in this process so it's up to Him, and hopefully the people who'll be making decisions on my behalf will be filled with His wisdom and His spirit. So now it's time for me to reeee-laxxxxxxxxxx!

Praying most of all that you will see the Lord's provision and love in all this.
I childminded a little one with this condition for a while, long time ago; she is 22 now and absolutely fine.

SS - Whilst this is awful for you atm, I have a friend with a dd who went through this with surgery, she is now 10yo and a super gymnast and swimmer. Prayers for your dd and hugs for you as you adjust to a temporary new lifestyle. Poor wee little one. Any new piccys?

MJIM - Prayers for your lo, night terrors are so frightening for them, hope you can get some advice and help for your ds.

Prayers for dd as she suffers at night with some form of urine problem, she screams for 2 solid hours, kicking and squirming around in agony, been like this for 4 years, although not every night, she is always fine 2 hours later, taken sample to docs this am, so hopefully will get sorted soon.
