amber - So sorry your doggy is no longer with you, all animals are massive parts of our lives, our dog helped us when we couldn't have children, which was our 1st 12yo's of marriage. prayers for you all to come to terms with your loss, how old is your ds, could he plant something in the garden in doggys memory?

prayers for ds2, he has the good old 'chicken pox' hence not being very well since Mothers Day, and no 'camomile' in the whole village someone has said put some porridge oats in a sock, put in warm bath and hey presto

ZipadiSoozy, he's a teenager, but she was a huge part of his life as there aren't any brothers or sisters. When we get her ashes back, I think I know of a place she'd have liked them to be.

Oh amber, about your dog.

So many seem to be having such a tough time so prayers for you all. I don't seem to be around much atm but still think of you all.

As it happens went to optitians and i have 20/20 vision he said people would pay to have your vision. So I think I must have had a migraine as it took till fri for my eye to feel better.

Went to gp yest for a review mentionedd that I had passed out so she took my blood pressure it was the highest she has ever seen it which doesnt add with the passing out.

Apart from that all hunky dory here. dd3 is to be the bride in a wedding ceremony at school tomorrow. i started my new job properly today it was all induction, filling in forms etc. can't wait to get into it properly - not sure that I really understand properly what the job is about but hey ho.

DO - thanks for the e-mail, praying dh has plaster cast off this Friday then its physio and taking it easy on light duties at work.

I'm xtremely nervous atm, have a 'swimming teachers rescue' exam on Monday, (all practical and oral) if I fail, I lose my job, so alot standing on this exam, prayers appreciated.

Sorry I feel a bit selfish lately, what with, dh broken wrist,(no wages for 2 months) ds2 chickenpox, ds1 dx 'impulsivity' (to add to his list of learning difficulties) my work worries, alongside exams and courses! money worries etc etc etc the list goes on... all whilst juggling normal family life!

meanwhile the world gets faster, I'm going to spin off at some point!

DutchOma, dh would be delighted to think he looked that young. 'Tis teenage ds in the photo . He towers over me, bless him, though his height is a useful thing in the rugby matches.

Prayers continuing for all. Big medical tests ahead of us for dh the next seven days, so will have to gather our thoughts and prepare for those next. Will be so glad when this year has stopped being horrible to us.

MaryBS - sorry about the job. They should have known from your CV that you didn't have the tech knowledge you require! But at least look at it as another opportunity to practice your interview technique I pray that God will open that door for you shortly.

DutchOma - he is 15mo and still very much a booby baby! He had a much better night last night,still woke up but allowed daddy to comfort him and eventually went back to sleep. Only woke up once to feed, hooray! So I caught up on some much needed sleep! So our prayers were heard (not that I had any doubt!)

CaptainDippy - I'm training to be a call centre operator working from home. The training is fairly intensive as you are pretty much on your own, apart from access to a chat room where you can ask questions! And you have to be very familiar with the systems that are used! But I get to not only work from the comfort of my own home I choose my own hours as well!

PLease pray- I have flu since last friday and don't seem to be getting better. Thank you.

ok ladies I have lost my pursse. Last saw it in the car yesterday and now can't fine it anywhere. Did I bring it in the house, did I leave it in the car didn't lock it and iits been pinched but not something you would see walking past as car on drive. Afternoon Ladies,

I'm sorry to be brief and a bit rude by just posting a prayer request but I really need to get on with having a nap whilst DD is asleep because I am struggling to sleep at night.

Someone came to view our flat yesterday and then I had a phone call for them to come and view it again today. So far I haven't heard anything more since the viewing. Someone else is coming to see it tomorrow. I really don't know what the Lord has planned for us at the moment, especially WRT a house and selling this flat. It would be nice to know sooner rather than later though because this baby is due in four weeks time.

And talking about the baby, I am starting to really struggle with still being pg. It is great that I have managed to get further with this pg than I did with DD, but I am fed up of people keep on looking at me and trying to decide when I might have the baby and already being asked if I'm still pg by people over the phone. I could have weeks left to endure and I am extremely uncomfortable. This baby is starting to feel quite big and I feel like I am going to explode. I know that I got away with not having to do the last uncomfortable weeks of pg last time but it is starting to get unbearable especially with other people's attitude of already expecting this baby to be born.

Please Lord, I could really do with feeling a bit more peaceful about things.

Praying for your comfort in these last weeks, can you answer people that it is not due until the 23rd April, or whatever date you have been given? It's just silly to want to hurry when you had such a difficult time with dd being born prem.
