Ok guys I have done some spring cleaning and the yurt is dusted out. I am out on the deck enjoying a glass of fruit cocktail and a spiritual moment. Come and join me.

There are many ways to join us in spirit. This is just one way.
One way to get someone's attention is to feel like you are reaching out to them with a big hug and smile. Then when you feel like they are hugging you back, ask them if they will help pull you through.
Imagine that they put out their not-physical hand in welcome to you. Then you put your not-physical hand in their hand and step forward to be with them.
And then you are there.

Hi Glitterfairy, hope your day has been beautiful. I have been laying low this week with a cold and if not if my thistledown tree I have been bathing in the steam baths.

The flys have flown off in search of their mistress who did not attend their farewell party. Good thing with summer coming up. The land of Bong does not need excess flys buzzing around, makes Esmeralda snotty. And my Tiger teacher tetchy with is not good when he is hungry.

Melsy has flown off to Cyprus for 10 days. We look forward to mystical stories from the Island.

Tonite I go to the massage rooms for a warming and healing session to send me off to a delightful land of slumber and sweet dreams.

I hope you are better now and send you glittery hugs and bluebells in bunches. They are out in all our woods and I am enjoying the greeness of things at the moment.

As for here well I am taking a well earned nap on the slumber deck on large child smeg free white cushions!

Had to come to the land of Bong today to be with my Grandma, who has just passed over into the land of spirit. Baby paps and I will walk with her, as I walked all last night as her companion and guide in case she needs a family light on her journey.

I have a feeling your Grandma might visit Bongland often now that she can go anywhere she wants.. perhaps we might all get to meet her!

Thank you SJ for the hugs. Glad that Grandma will be welcome here - its a place where I can commune with her spirit and not just in my head which feels like it wants to explode with grief and its associated feelings.

I knew she was going - we all did. But its an end of an era - she and Grandad were one month of their 70th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY! Both in their 90´s. She died at home which was wonderful.

I feel Grandad so much today. He is so in shock. I astralled to the house to send love to my father, aunt and him. He felt like an empty shell. It is harder for him to be left behind in many respects. He is lost without her. I feel alot that she is finding it hard despite her age to leave him and will stay close until he also passes.

I grew up across the road from them on our family farm - so they have always been close by.

I could not sleep last night at all and baby paps cried out at the time Grandma died like she was in real pain. I was waiting for the phone to ring this morning.

It is good to be able to say these things here - when my family is so far away.

Paps you are so clever with your astralling! In the book I read - think I mentioned it on the other site (Journeys Out Of The Body), the author left his body and 'communed' with his father shortly after he died. I don't know how possible this is for other who can astral travel.

Maybe you could post on MF for some emotional healing/support for your grandad?

I'm so sorry for your loss. Hope you find comfort in Bong Land and eventually some in every day life as well.

I missed it. I was working until 8.30 so I was just sitting down for my dinner when the memorial was due to start. Haven't used the chat rooms on MF much so was wary of coming in late and maybe doing something wrong - not the best of occasions to gatecrash

How's things Paps? Been thinking of you whilst rushing around like a mad thing with no online time. Hope you are ok.. and that your grandad is coping. Sending ~~~~good vibes~~~~~ to you all.

The funeral is Tuesday and I will work that day to be with my family in spirit. After you mentioned SJ about the astralling with the recently deceased I felt I successfully contacted my grandmother. It felt like I was an anchor between her and grandad and alot of powerful white light and love was sent using me as the transmitter. I feel that I was able to link them together, I held both their hands and was able to bridge comfort from Grandma to Grandad. Like I was temporarily able to lift the fog. I felt much comforted after this visualisation/astral time - that there is no death of the spirit and my grief was able to heal and rise in recognition of eternal love.
Grandad is quite emotional and yesterday asked if she really was gone.

Oh Paps I'm so glad you were able to do that. I think you are an inspiration and your family are very lucky to have you.

Paps I am so sorry. I know what that link is like and how much it hurts to have it broken. Grandmas are very very special and they remain with you forever. Mine came back throughout my first pregnancy and stayed until Ds was born. She is named after her.

I will think of you tomorrow and your grandma who is probably talking to mine by the lake!

I hope mine is by the lake talking to your grandmas. I lost her when I was 8.. I still remember her so clearly, I am sure she often close to me.

They are all there sj and there is a snug little summer house with tea and cakes for them too. They are watching us with smiles.

Grandma is glad of the company, especially today - it make her feel like she has not moved to this planet
She was a member of womens institute in RL so loves the company and creativity of fellow good women She is very good at flower arrangements - so will be an asset for all the parties on the deck and makes fantastic sultana cake, delicious scones (which my father used to dash home for on his bike for at school breaks - made with homegrown raspberry jam / Grandad is the master vegetable gardener and had an ENORMOUS berry cage - we use to lie hidden in the rows of the pea patch and slowly turn green! ah I reminise) and lastly my favourite smoko buns...

Grandma´s kitchen was something like this place She used to have a big green shacklock stove that grandad daily supplied with wood chips and logs.

Nice to see you Glitter - I yearned to see you these last few days - were you with your sister on retreat? Hope all is well.

Hiya paps hun I am still in a bit of a weird place. Me and DH are having couple counselling which is good but difficult. He is having to come to terms with the fact that he has been very controlling to me and in fact quite violent so we are also on an anger management domestic violence thing as well which seems to be working.

Anyway I am so glad your grandma has been baking the deck smells of her scones and cake and there is a very healthy air around of generations at play together.

The unicorns, esmerelda and my pony are frisking in the prairie and the dolphins are singing happily.
