Ok guys I have done some spring cleaning and the yurt is dusted out. I am out on the deck enjoying a glass of fruit cocktail and a spiritual moment. Come and join me.

Hi paps and Melsy. Sorry to be 'fluffy' here but you two feel like special friends already. Perhaps we already 'know' each other from 'somewhere else'

Paps I am so happy to hear how good yesterday was for you.. I hope you can keep the feeling as long as possible and also the means to visit it often! Melsy, you need to go to the Yurt shop and find something to help your back Or at least eat some of the yummy things on sale there. I am really taken by the idea of NO calorie foods.. which is one (only one ) of the reasons I want to keep going back!

I would LOVE to go visit the forest pools with you both! I can actually 'see' Belle getting impatient and pawing at the ground!

RL update.. little one seems to be feeling better.. so I am back on here briefly .. and also, had a lovely dream last night which I can't really remember but I keep trying.. and in it there was me.. and little DS (walking again!).. and a dog.. maybe a labrador.. and we splashing in pools (again!) in a place that looked suspiciously like Bong land! So now I am dreaming myself there too.. which is great! (And each time one of us tells the others more about it, it just gets bigger and more detailed in my mind!)

PS Those books.. they are great.. and my kids love them.. shall I leave them on the deck for you? (I have more on my Amazon Wish List.. so I will share those as well, when I get them)

Where is CH? And did you two 'meet' on here? It's great that you have met up! I have got several friends who started as 'online friends' (on another site).. and we all meet up regularly despite living all over the UK.. and have been through all our various ups and downs together. Not as well travelledas you too though!

Still, maybe I know you two from a previous life/other dimension .. who knows.. although I bet I have my mental picture of you all wrong! I can't tell how old you are though.. is is rude to ask? You seem older than me is wisdom.. but are possibly younger..I guess I have seen better days lol.. (almost 32

Right off to sleep.. if little DS lets us tonight..

Melsy and I meet here on MN and started the spiritual discussions which became a board/section of it own. Where are you based Jess?

CH is Switzerland. Confederate of Helvetica - the Roman name which is still used as the country abbreviation... like UK, NZ etc.

I am 29 forever but I suppose in human years I am 34, Melsy I think is about the same age? Glitterfairy is quite old

Hope you ds is sleeping better and feeling better... baby paps slept the best she has last nite which is good cos I am off now to a Cuban concert at a winery... sunshine and vino... hope I don't suffer too much tomorrow!

Right better go and destraggle myself, have to prepare loving thoughts for SIL who is on the dark side(not v nice and only worried about total material gain), which in itself is not to bad, as it is good to value nice things, BUT that is her only pastime and judge of peoples worthyness.

So really have to try hard to clear my mind of negative thought when shes around and love myself and not be drawn into her drama.

Hiya! I lied.. I'm almost 33.. I typed the 2 instead of the 3!

I am 'based' on Kent.. .. and unlikely to be going anyway.. other than Bong Land .. which suits me just fine really I guess! (I mod on another (small) site and there has been a new Meet & Greet forum started up with a questionnaire that all the mods were required complete immediately so as to spur everyone else on. and one of the questions is '..your ideal holiday destination?' and I have put (among other things), 'The Land where the Bong Tree Grows..' . They are going to think I am barking.. they are lovely on there.. but a little earth bound really ) I lived up North (near Manchester) until 2003, where DH is from but now am happy to be back in the garden of England where they are a few more 'celestine-style' views and sites to gain energy from!

Melsy what you were saying about SIL.. reminded me of how I allow myself to be constantly pulled into other people's dramas! Especially my mother's. She isn't materialistic.. just hysterical about everything!! And I fall right in with every phone call and within about 2 mins of her company! I have forgotten a lot since my James Redfield phase.. I must visit those threads...

Little DS is up and down.. chesty element of cough somewhat better (although still coughing madly!) but has a very erratic temperature, and hardly any appetite. Poor little man. I must give him sone Reiki later when he is alseep. (Any other time is an impossiblity.. he doesn't do 'still').

hallo the concert was fun and caught up with some other mates and got some gossip i have been waiting for Mission accomplished

Baby paps is flying here now.. just revelling in the country life, the animals and the swim at the beach went down well too yesterday. Its like Bong land RL Have been just going with the flow and life is very beautiful.

Mmmm calorie free pancakes COVERED in calorie fee chocolate! Just found some and ate 3! WHY didn't I think to come here on Pancake day instead of over indulging here in RL..!
Have you met my unicorn, Belle!? She was frolicking in the hot pools with the donkey earlier! Talk to you soon.. I really need this place at the moment. When I need it the most, I sometimes forget it's here.. D'oh!

just back from a sand circle, shell ceremony by the waves of the bongian ocean. It was good, insightful and trust fulfilling of the language of the rocks and shells that we all once dwelled in the matter of spirit

Hiya Paps how are you? You sound totally chilled and happy which is great! I am getting my act back together and am back at the gym and dieting again which has made Beety happy anyway!

In here I listening to the waves and drinking a large fruit juice on the sun deck at sunset!

Having a great time glitter... looking at loads of real estate... I want to come home. NOt sure when it would happen or if we can afford it.. need to hit the pot of gold! Lots of stories but I need to have my holiday i guess not be recording it all here!!

Thanks Melsy. Yes I'll be ok. Stressed. very stressed.. about everything and the icing on the cake is that I am terrified on motorways and avoid them like the plague.. and have to take my dad to an oncology appointment later at a different hospital to usual (have been rambling on another thread about it)..so have to do the m/way. I just wanna escape to Bong land. Waaaahh!

A whole day sounds just great doesn't it! And I would love to leave another 'me' here to get on with all the stuff I have to do.. while the 'real me' just relaxed and chill in the Land Where The Bong Trees grow.

That's a nice comforting thought Melsy. You always know the right thing to say. I think maybe ap art of me does.. I can always just about picture myself there... but can't get there at the moment

It takes practise , it is a learnt thing, try it a little every day , say 20mmins for pre bedtime windown. Why not try progressive relaxation ;tense and clench all muscles , one area at a time,from feet up pr head down, then release slowly and concentrate on that aahhhhhhhhhhhh feeling everywere. Its an easier one to master 1st and then move onto more meditative ways.

back in CH.... and Paps is lounging in her thistledown tree today, might come down later when dusk settles on the land for a wee catch-up drink on the deck - then straight back to the tree.

I like the name ´progressive mediation´not heard it being called that before. You give me better labels today Melsy
