Looking back over the thread it is amazing how much has happened in just over a month:

First of all giving thanks for imminent and not so imminent 'beans'
Bobsmum - 36 weeks is it? Struggling with elephant feelings
Podglet on maternity leave now; CS booked for 15th April
Myjobismum - giving thanks for normal scan 14 weeks now and feeling more positive.
CaptainCaveman - give thanks for willyflashing bean. So sad about the lady seen in clinic with a 20 week pregnancy that is no longer viable, Lord have mercy.

Just flagging up some urgent prayer needs

FAQ (Queenofquotes) - marriage has broken up, struggling with life on her own with three dss. Situation not improved by the fact that her lovely vicar had a comprehensive breakdown and is in hospital. Praying for things to keep improving and giving thanks for friends around her.
Podmog Struggling with many issues - Lord bring peace and calm in all situations and relationships.
Praying also for Notsofarnow who is back at work but not finding life that easy.

CaptainDippy and ZipadiSuzy both struggling with rather parallel issues:- unfamiliar work and not a lot of money. Praying for perseverance and rest.
Swaliswan too is getting used to a new job which thankfully she enjoys more than she expected too. Struggling with dh being away a lot and mil threatening a visit straight after dh comes back.

MaryBS who has had such a lot of work to do and who is going for more clarity on a diagnosis of Asperger's syndrome. Praying also for her friend K who will have an operation for cancer on Wednesday.
Also praying for Amber32002 who bravely went to church a few weeks back and who is talking about disability issues with people in the Church at high level.

Praying for Roseylea for clarity of thought on a 'thing that has cropped up'.

Giving thanks with Worzella and Notquitegrownup for enjoyable far away holidays

Praying for Panda's mum with chest infection.

Praying for OJ and Steve, Steve should be home by now but apparently there is some problem with transport. Lord, how we need you in this very hard situation, joy tinged with sadness.

And for all not mentioned NorthernLurker, Mufti, PenpotEca (how are things now sweetheart?) and anybody else - lets get praying.

CaptainDippy · 15/04/2008 10:12

Morning! Feel a bit better so far this morning, which is good - Thank you for your prayers, keep 'em coming!

I don't often "stray" off of the Prayer and P/N thread on MN; but I did have a little "adventure" last nigt and I was just so saddened by all the heart-ache here on MN. There's a lovely lady called feedmenow who has just lost her beautiful baby girl Eris, stillborn at 39 weeks. Her funeral is today. She is married and they have 2 other beautiful children. There is another lady too, who lost her little girl (2 yrs) in Jan; and of course there are people like mummytoT&F, ggglimpopo & OJ and Steve

Heal them, Lord. Protect them and comfort them through these dark, dark times ....

Xavielli · 15/04/2008 13:49

amber32002 · 15/04/2008 17:26

Many prayers of thanks for little Elizabeth entering the world.

Prayers for all whose experiences in the mumsnet community have not had a happy ending

and prayers for all here too.

A quiet day here, thank goodness. Son back at school (hooray), and enough time to plan what we'll need to do for moving house. Too much, I suspect. And goodness only knows how the furniture removers will get the furniture into the new house (tudor, with tiny winding staircases etc...). It'll need lots of tea, biscuits and stress-counselling for them, I think.

NorthernLurker · 15/04/2008 17:33

Welcome to the world Elizabeth! Beautiful name!

Dippy - There is a lot of pain shared here sometimes - as well as the joy. Always somebody needing prayer.

Amber - prayers for your house move - we are going through it atm.

Congratulations to Podglet and prayers for little Elizabeth and for the family as they welcome this precious little one!

FAQ · 15/04/2008 21:39

just wanted to update you all, incase you haven't seen my other (very long thread).

I came home from hospital this afternoon, having gone in on Sunday night having taken 60 paracetomal. "thankfully" didn't do any serious damage to my body, but in a real emotional mess right now.

MaryBS · 15/04/2008 21:58

FAQ! No, if we'd have seen it, we'd have posted for prayers for you! Is there anything ANYTHING I can do to help you through this? You can email me on
suttonmb
at
talktalk
dot
net

Can't guarantee I'll talk any sense, but if I can help, you know I will...

God take care of you and look after you and yours.

... and God's blessing on the podgletlet, little Elizabeth.

Finally, please pray for Ruth, a fellow trainee Reader, selected for training at the same time as me. She had surgery for breast cancer a week ago (yes another one! ). Also I saw K today, she is hoping to come out of hospital either tomorrow, or more likely the day after...

at the burn CCM! Take care of yourself!

How are you this AM, FAQ? Praying for strength and comfort for you through these difficult times, though you walk through dark valleys, may God's presence be felt every step of the way, protecting you and caring for you...

MaryBS · 16/04/2008 07:34

Oh and I told our course director that I was being referred for an Asperger's diagnosis. Please pray she sees this as a positive thing, and nothing to fear, or to cause anxiety about my fitness for ministry . I didn't get much chance to talk to her about it so couldn't really gauge her reaction (one of concern for me I think), but I told her that I felt it could HELP me in ministry. Please pray that she thinks so too...

MaryBS · 16/04/2008 07:35

Oh and Hi Sooz
