@EmmaEmerald I don't really understand your response but sorry if I said the wrong thing. I just wanted to share my own recent experience in case it helped. Personally, I'm pleased that workplaces are finally recognising the physical and emotional, often debilitating symptoms that so many women have to go through 🤷‍♀️

I've had a bad couple of nights. I experience cardiac artery spasms, mostly at night/early morning. I had a bad one at 4AM yesterday morning which wiped me out for the rest of the day. Then I always find the next few nights difficult due to anxiety in case I have another one. They don't usually happen like that, but I just cannot seem to settle for a couple of nights after a bad one .

I don't know for sure its the moon energy, but more often than not it coincides, about 80/20 in favour of the full moon. I know this because my cardiologist asked me to keep a record. Its not every full moon, mostly my medication manages the condition very well.

I used to work in mental health services, and there did seem to be an increase in incidents at the time of the full moon. However, I don't think it just affected the service users, it also affected the staff's ability to keep their cool and manage the situations, so incidents were more likely to escalate. Obviously I'm including myself in this, I'm not having a go at my ex-colleagues. I don't think its anyone's fault.

Sisters! This last full moon disrupted me for a reason! Today,out of nowhere,the possible opportunity to have a polytunnel in a local community garden where I can grow more herbs and maybe run a few workshops! Going to visit this week.

Morning all! Just catching up after a busy weekend. I went away for a training event and a very kind friend, Mr C’s family and some paid support enabled me to do so. Anyhow, I cried on the way there and on the way back - about everything! Spotted the full moon behind some trees just as I left the railway station last night. It was at once an ‘aha’ moment and a calming sight. Part of the emotion earlier in the day had been about realising I had crossed a personal divide and was out the other side - relief, sadness, understanding, anger, you name it! Quite something for Samhain.

Thank you all. I visited the site today. Its a mess but beginnning to re-merge thanks to the volunteers. It also incorporates a small piece of old mossy woodland which has a tremendous spiritual energy. I got goosebumps all over as I walked through it. Nearby is an area identified as a Bronze burial ground!

Needless to say....there will be a small herbery on site just as soon as they can build me a polytunnel! Am so so excited!

Now I just need the gods of public transport or travel to find a way for DS to get back from Edinburgh late tonight without me going to get him so I can enjoy a celebratory glass of wine with my fire and candles out in the garden tonight.

I love the full moon, can't sleep but it spurs my creativity, thanks to Hecate! Started writing a story and worked on a particularly knotty essay, that I'd been avoiding:)

I didn't do as much as I hoped yesterday- an ongoing family issue needed my attention, but there was resolution and positive outcome by evening, so sleep came easy.
It is a wet blustery day here, winter woolies and boots are at the ready!

Have a look at this picture please. What do you see. Not the shape of the flames themselves,but something else

Made me think of a Spanish dancer 💃
And a cobra 🐍

I can see golden wings, buttery, fairy, flying towards the top left corner as something, or someone at the top of the flame tries to pull it back.

I'll be honest, my first thought was that it was a hooded Bruno pulling back the golden winged butterflies from Disney's Encanto.....but that may be strongly influenced by my children's TV watching at present!

I can see a woman with long skirts, sitting on a chair, with a golden light behind her. She's wearing a crown. Around her head are golden fireflies. It feels very spiritual and I want to say to you that you are protected
