Yesterday -

An afternoon off after a busy week.

A supportive friend who has listened to me this week even though she is going through her own big health situation.

Oh...and I'm going to be a granny!! 🥰

Final roast dinner of the season.

HP film bonanza this evening.

The most perfectly messy decorated cake by youngest for weekend treat.

I am grateful for my life

To be blessed with great food and a calm mind

For my friend who is steady and solid

Seeing the in-laws after nearly a year

Hearing DD giggling away with her grandparents

A plentiful supply of food

That's so lovely to reconnect Rainbow, what a special day.

Grateful to have a lovely DH and spending time together
A bit more work done

Yesterday
Grateful for a day with my family looking after my dd.
Grateful for a dh who gets stuck in on his weekend off to refurbish dd's bathroom for her.
And a day having all my children together. Only when your children have flown the nest do you truly appreciate what a joy that is. Especially after the last year.

To he able to look after my daughter. Make sure she is fed well and her house is clean. And to spend time with her choosing baby stuff.

Oh and for my wonderful 17 year old son who just rolls up his sleeves and helps his dad refurbish a bathroom and help tidy up.

The weather was nice enough to hit the park after school where we had fun

Yesterday-
A quiet evening off.

Seeing my mum.

Spending a little bit of 1-1 time with ds17. Only going to the shops but it was nice to have his willing and happy company.

Fibro flare up is very, very gradually easing off.

I'm grateful for a quieter day on my day off. A relatively restful but productive day.

Oh yes. Clean sheets straight off the line after being dried outside. Grateful for dh doing that today so I came home from a long day to a clean bed.
And a delicious healthy dinner too.

My 17 DS who is right at this minute making me a hot water bottle because I am freezing.

My work. I am grateful to be able to do my job. I am aware how lucky I am to love doing what people will pay me to do as a living.

Watching the wee blue tits popping back and forth feeding their hatchlings. I'm am unreasonably excited about this.

Quieter day with my business than usual so my dh and I went for lunch at one of my favourite places. Just lovely to spend sons time together on our own.

As much as I love my sons it was good to have time together without them.

The blue tots sound lovely less I'm currently obsessed with birds!

Today I am grateful for the trampoline and bouncing in the sunshine

For the internet and being able to connect with other people

For the good level energy I've had today
