Everyone is welcome, whether you have faith or not. Whether you post every day or just once. Nothing matters here but that we all have something for which we are thankful.

These are wonderful to read.

Being in the office on my own today. My wonderful partner making me a brew in bed this morning and sitting up in bed with me to drink it. Having my daughter and my partners daughter stay tonight 🥰

A lovely cup of tea this morning
Some time where I wasn't worrying (which also made me realise how rare this is which was a bit depressing

Thank you, optimist. Mum has been put on a watching brief for the next three months with no further treatment except the steroids. She's also put on a couple of pounds which is great because she is so thin and frail. The tumour isn't gone but it has shrunk a good bit.

We are all really happy about it. I can't praise the NHS enough for how they have treated her. She has been treated with determination, kindness and compassion right from the start.
We should have a clearer picture after her next scan at the beginning of December, but, at the moment we are taking the win.
