Travelled by train from Switzerland to London today - the wonder of the train system, mountains, languages and all the work from people past and present that goes into making travel smooth and hassle free.
DD for being such a good traveller.
Yesterday I was feeling suicidal; today was a good day.

Thank you. I've reached a point of desperation with my life and trying to take little steps to turn it around.

Gratitude so far today:
Happy to be home from holiday (and trying not to be too sad because it may not be my home much longer)
Slept in and partner did all the morning duties with DD.
Feeling ill which gives me a bit of permission to stop worrying and relax. Hoping to watch a nature documentary with DD in a bit.

I'm glad you feel a little more positive, Valancy. Sometimes, the only thing that keeps us going is a tiny chink of light in the darkness. Small, simple pleasures can make all the difference.

Hello leftieefterson I hope today was a good day.

A wonderful meet up with a very old friend back in my wonderful home town.
Visiting my mum and she seems well and positive.
DD dancing and singing and generally being awesome.
A great run out into the countryside and seeing a gorgeous orange moon across the fields.
Listening to beautiful choral music with mum (note to self - listen to more choral music).
