@speakout After you said that about the fire I looked at it carefully (never done fire before, usually the sky) I can see the dog at the top, but also a woman on the left hand side.. Possibly another woman, smaller who looks in prayer before her. Not sure if anyone else can see that? I'm getting to love doing this (right, wrong, delusional it doesn't really matter, it's kind of fun)

How exciting how lovely to hear that. I can't see the woman, but as your energy has contributed to this image I can see other things too, a bird, like a woodpecker, and the head of a fox in hiding.

How do the women seem? Clothes? What type of energy from them? Young? Old? Of this time? Deepen your gaze and be very patient, don't push.

speakout That actually presents a very clear message to me in terms of the type of energy I’m clearing the way for. more so as it felt right to make it all into a ritual of release and being open to the new. I can feel the energy of that lovely dog which really helps. I also really appreciate the other images you’ve seen. I’ll see what comes to me about the meanings. Thank you!

Sokere thank you too! I’ll think on the meaning of that for me. First thoughts are it’s about a process I’ve been through.

I can’t see any of it! My knowings tend to present as thoughts or phrases in my mind, I don’t have a gift for scrying at all. But I love it that you both do and have given me these pearls to take with me on my journey. It’s reminded me of my Nan and aunts all of whom had a great gift for scrying. They used tealeaves. I feel like you’re giving me lovely connections from them. I feel quite emotional (in a lovely, proctected and positive way) Thank you both so much. That’s quite a gift you’ve given me X 🙏

Yes, I see a bird too. Also a face of a man, looking sideways on at the top of the fire, my right. Not bald, but receding hairline. Brown /sandy coloured hair. Lots of little eyes too... a fish.

You are more than welcome. I am so glad you posted the image of the fire- what an insightful and instinctive thing to do.

I think that we all have some gift for scrying.
I was taught fire scrying and tasseomancy ( tea leaves) as a child by my gran.

I have taught others.

A cold winter's night, a log fire, some mulled wine or some of Elphame's delightful alcoholic beverages is all you need.
Some time, relaxation and trust in yourself.

Wish we could all do it this evening!

Oh i'm enjoying this! Like you Sokere I've only done this with cloudS, not fore. I can see the dog. I can also see an angel, a woman giving birth and an old man with a beard holding up a parchment.

@VioletCharlotte where do you see the woman giving birth? Is it right or left? Are you seeing her scream by any chance?

Sokere at the bottom in the middle. On her back as if she's pushing the baby out. I can't make out her face.

I'm so pleased that this meant something for you. I feel awful I didn't see your reply. I'm a little taken aback that you recognise the man I saw...gobsmacked would probably be a better description!

Please don't disclose anything personal, but the hat implied a foreign country to me so equally shocked to learn he is studying abroad.

@VioletCharlotte I see the angel. I don't see the woman giving birth exactly butI do see her face, lying back. I don't see the man holding the parchment, but I see the parchment itself.

Yashmis that's amazing! I'm so glad this all means something to you. I'm loving this and like Sokere and Speakout, wish we could do it all night. I want to find an open fire now!

I can also see a knight in a horse Yashmis I'm being told that he's a guide and with you for protection.

What amazing insight there is here- whipping up some power this afternoon.

Just been to a christmas fair this afternoon, beautiful old Abbey dating back to the 11th century, 5 minutes walk from my house.

DD become very uncomfortable in the crypt, the energies felt overwhelming, dark and heavy, hard to find air to breathe.
We left after a short time, but had a lovely walk in the woods surrounding the abbey which refreshed us. We talked about what happened- I could feel it too at the time but I didn't want to say anything.

However our woodland walk replenished our energies, the air smelled of jam, so many decaying blackberries, we saw a family of deer too, so arrived back in good spirits.

@speakout See what happens when you come back with that special energy of yours We are all now scryers (?!)

@VioletCharlotte How beautiful you received that message for YashmisCrone. Can I ask something I've always wondered, when you hear the messages, does it come in your own voice, the voice of your guide or is it more an impression made in your mind?

Speakout that sounds like a lovely afternoon... although a little overwhelming for your DD. I hope she's feeling more settled now your home. I'm sure seeing the deer cheered her up, how lovely!

Sokere when I connect with my guides I can see them in my minds eye, but I also get a feeling. My spiritual guide gives me strength and advises me on my spiritual journey. I'm also aware I have a healing guide, her energy is different, nurturing and feminine. When I meditate down and connect with them, sometimes I hear their words in my head, sometimes I see them writing the words down, other time's they show me pictures and colours.

The feeling I get from guides is different from the feeling I get when I connect with loved ones in spirit.

That's an amazing ability you have.
I don't work with spirit guides as such, but I fee; a constant presence of the goddess, in her many forms.
This week the Caillach has been close, I have been leaning on her wisdom and truthful ways.

I have to feed hungry mouths but just wanted to pop back to say thank you VioletCharlotte for that. So many more questions I have in my mind as psychics have always fascinated me. Agree with speakout, such a special gift you have.

Thank you 🙏 but I don't believe it's a gift, I believe it's something we can all do. I've learned how to make connections through going to spiritual development circles, but the most important thing is to keep your mind completely open. I'm very much a novice, but I'm lucky to have some amazing teachers.

Like witchcraft it is a skill or a power we all posses.

It can be nurtured, if we are have the opportunity and space to practice, if we have self belief then magic happens.

My kids went to a small village school, ( state funded)
We were lucky to have a visiting peripatetic Art teacher ( graduate in fine arts from Glasgow school of arts).

She taught all the children on a weekly basis from the age of 5 to 12 years old.
She showed technique- chalks, collage, acrylic, paint blowing, chinese calligraphy, pottery, paper mache, fine pencil drawing.

The standard of work that was produced by each and every child was outstanding.

When my kids were are secondary school and continued with art for a short while teachers told me that they could tell which children were from "speakout" village school, because their abilities were head and shoulders above many other pupils, they had artistic confidence, they knew many techniques. They produced good work.

The children from speakout primary school had no more or less artistic talent than any other child, but they had the opportunity to tap into themselves, to find artistic confidence.

Magical workings are no different.

Sokere yes- some of the detail you brought has left me gobsmacked too! Yes DS is abroad- not studying but his travel links to him graduating. Both books and parchment have specific family meaning.

speakout That lightning picture is amazing

Morning, up early today, I love the feeling of being awake in the morning when the whole family is asleep,

I can see the most amazing sunrise from my bedroom window, and Venus is putting on a spectacular display in the sky.
OH and I will pop out early today, I need some candles and supplies, but have to be back to take my mother to church.

I was working hard last night making a batch of witch bottles.
I know witch bottles have a tradition of curse removal, containing nasty items, but my grandmother ( born in 1890) would prepare them as a way of holding on to luck and good things.
She would fill them with dried rose petals, pictures cut out of birthday cards, a person's name written on a small piece of paper, pretty stones, shells, a feather.
As a child I loved that idea, and have made bottles for people or for special purposes- I have no idea if that was " authentic" witchcraft, but it has always felt right to me.
A bit like a message in a bottle thrown into the ocean.
So I continue to make bottles as talismen.
