Thank you all for your contributions to my threads so far..

now, i have the chap from the spiritualist church coming over next Monday, to cleanse the house

anyone had this sort of thing done? can you tell me what to expect?

Lulu, maybe he is dd's guardian, not yours. Best to find out. Can you get rid of him if he is tho. I mean would he leave if you tried or just stick around cos he's supposed to.
Interesting. SSSpooked, can you tell if I have one.
My aunt can see Guardian Angels. She says dd1 has the brightest light around her that she's ever seen.

I was wondering that too BoM, can you make them leave if they're supposed to be guarding someone in particular? This is probably too flippant but I was wistful thinking how great it would be if you could move ghosts along to a specific place - like my local supermarket for instance which I hate so much and where I have to go again this afternoon, sigh.

Not an expert on ghosts myself BoM, I wouldn't have a clue how you find out whether you have a spirit guide. I suppose you try talking to it as if you do have one? Remember seeing a documentary on angels and two women who'd written a book about contacting angels discussing it. They were saying you have to start talking to your guardian angel regularly. I don't know if ghosts and angels are considered distinct from each other.

Hmm. My aunt says I have one. But didn't get details. Must ask next time I see her.
She says my Gran died cos she didn't have one to protect her when she got ill[EEEEK]
I always feel like I'm being watched, and always have, tho not in a pervy way or anything. And often think out loud as if there's someone there to talk to, but never sen or heard anything.
My aunt says I could see if I wanted but am scared so I stop myself
Or maybe I'm just a bit MAD and talk to myself like a loon

She does see them, she hates hospitals cos she sees and feels ghosties. Her mum hung around for 4 yrs waiting for her dad. My grandparents obviously.
Spooky. I try not to be scared but I must be cos have never seen anything, but Sometimes feel things, or have a premonition like feeling that somethings goingto happen.

spirit guides are like teachers for one-to-one lessons in schools - you can either turn up and listen or not or even not turn up at all - the choice is completely yours. but you may find yourself in similar situations time and again

expat i too get the impression that you have more than one guide - most people do. it just depends on what lessons your soul has decided that you needed to learn in this life. then that brings in reincarnation and things like that
