Thought the last thread was getting a bit looooooog so I have tried to summerise all the prayer requests so far and am starting a new thread for us all!! Praise the Lord!!

Hope that I have covered all the requests - and MOST OF ALL let us know if there's any progress / miracles (!!) happening in any of these situations (and don't forget the Christian Praise and Answered Prayer thread too!! )

alliep30 -FIL just been diagnosed with cancer, MIL committed Christian - has operation this week

Heeeeeeello everyone - The DipMeister is back again!! I've been "Up North" for the weekend to attend the youth leader in our churches Wedding. Was very, very lovely and very very ful of God and His Love and His promises, which rocked muchly!! So thank you God for the marriage of Chris and Jan - praying that you would give them a wonderful honeymoon in the Maldives () and just bless them sooooo much as they set up home together and embark on this exciting journey together!! So that was nice, even nicer as PIL had the girls - Hurrah!!

Anyway - Soooo pleased that DH is starting to get interviews mrsgee- That is wonderful news!! Really really praying that the right job would come along really soon - Please keep us posted!!

Welcome to the thread BBB - I am just so thankful that you have found this thread and I just admire the honesty of your posts. I am just feeling so for you in your situation with you DH. I am more sorry that I can say and I am so glad that you realise that you need to turn back to God - your rock and your salvation - I just pray like mrsgee said that God would reveal Himself in a mighty way to your DH and that He would be convicted of the stuff which isn't right in his relationship with you and with God. Just keep on trusting and giving the situation to God and be assured that people here are praying for you so much. I pray for protection over your family - particularly your children. Hurrah for you DH being back DG!!! Well Done for getting through this in one piece - Pray is a very powerful thing and I for one have certainly been praying you through this difficult time. Praying for your DS as he struggles at school, poor thing. Praying that God would bring a couple of lovely friends alongside him to support and encourage him and that he would grow in confidence.

SMBK - Wonderful wonderful news about your friend's DD - So pleased that she made it to Mothering Sunday!!!!! Feeling quite emotional about the whole thing. Praying so hard that she continues to improve. Please keep us posted - Be assured of many prayers heading her way. xxx

Mmmmmm, nasty nasty colds in the Dippy Household - yuk!! DD1, DD2 and me all bunged up / streaming noses and coughs - yuk yuk yuk!!! Pleeeeeease pray this passes soon, especially for DD2 who dopesn't need this right now, poor mite. Apart from that, all well and good - Praising God for his goodness and continuing to ask for a job to come soon!!!

Many thanks for all of your prayers for protection for my parents. We are all looking forward to their Golden Wedding celebrations at the weekend. Please pray that all goes smoothly and that it can be a special day for them. They have had a v. difficult few years.

Can I also ask for prayers for ds1 who has gone off on a school trip on a coach today? I would v. much appreciate prayers for safe travel for them (I hate waving off the coach!) and also for him, that he might find some nice friends at school too. We're struggling since they reorganised his year into two classes and put most of his friends into the other class.

Good to hear from you honey and glad that you are doing ok - Will definitely be praying that your parents have a wonderful Golden Wedding Anniversary at the weekend - Congratulations to them both - God's hand of protection on them as they look forward to this exciting celebration!! Praying too for your DS as he goes on the coach trip today - Where is he off too? It must be really really tough for him being moved into another class away from his friends. Really praying that God would put some lovely lovely new friends around him to support him and to make him feel happier. I had a crappy time at school with bullying etc etc so I have every sympathy with your little man. Loads of prayers coming from Camp Dippy - and for you too NQSTM!! (Glad the new name change is sticking!)

Still full of cold in the Dippy Household, but ok apart from that - Just chugging along slooooowly. I have another driving lesson today and still hunting for a job. I have my 1st Truly Madly Baby Party on Friday evening (a company I've just started a bit of part-time work for - check out their website at www.trulymadlybaby.co.uk - very cool stuff!) so pray that goes well, I really hope it does!!

THe BBB household is VERY chaotic in a work sense but thankfully dh and I are still very good friends. HElping each other and not arguing which is good. My main worry now is where will I be moving to next. I am applying for a council/housing assoc place, but I have no idea where I might end up.

Please please pray that I will be allocated somewhere soon. In a town that I like, a local church I feel happy in and a garden. Im so desparate for those three things

Hello everyone - Stinking cold continues in the Dippy Household, babies very tired and clingy, hoping to take them both swimming this afternoon, hope they will be up to it - Feeling very "stuck indoors" and isolated at the moment, not nice!! Nothing new on the job front either, but driving lesson was ok yesterday, which was a positive. Keep praying for me and my family!!!

i seem to be having a bad day, i couldnt get up this morning so mum had to take the boys to school and ive barely manged to get dressed.
i just feel a bit, well you all know, crap.
several things lately have made me question alot, so im really not sure what im posting here for.
oh well, im sure i will feel better tomorrow.

Wow, there have been some great answers to prayer on this thread! Still praying.

To up-date on things here: have had a lovely week so far in terms of finding additional groups to go to with dd and have even got to the point where am swapping numbers with other mummy's to meet up over the break while the groups aren't meeting - real answer to prayer in helping to feel settled here! Had a great weekend meeting Anya for the first time and am so looking fwd to her baptism next weekend.

Please, please pray for a lovely friend of ours who has sadly mc at 16 weeks - she's going into hospital tomorrow. We're just gutted, please pray that her and her dh would really feel God's love and care in the coming weeks. Would you also pray for Anya's great granny, who had a fall earlier in the week and has under gone surgery for a broken hip she sustained - pray for a quick recovery and also that she would enjoy meeting Anya for the first time this weekend.

Jamsam - So glad that you can come here and post your heart out - I am sorry that you are feeling so rubbish - I am sure that many mums on here know that horrible "can get out of bed, can't be bothered to face the world today" feeling - I know I do for sure - I am glad that you have your mum around to help you - Praise God for her!! As NQSTM said - just pray that this cloud would lift for you - Prayer is a powerful thing and just be assured that there are plenty "going up" for you right now honey!! Keep going.....

Twiga - Great to hear from you honey!! Sooooo pleased that things are going better and that you are feeling much more up in Dumfries - Have been praying hard for God to send nice friendly people around you and I am sooooo glad that He has - Our God is amazing!!! So pleased that you enjoyed your visit to see Anya and praying for her and her family as they prepare for her Baptism - and for you and your DH for your important role as God-Parents!! Praying too for Great-Granny and her broken hip following the fall - Praying for a very speedy recovery so she can enjoy seeing and cuddling her new great-granddaughter. Your poor friend is in my prayers too as she and her DH come to term with the miscarraige. I am so for them and pray that the hospital visit is ok enough and that they would just feel God's love and protection right now.

Well - all is normal enough in the Dippy Household, stinking colds still linger. Sigh. Took the girls swimming yesterday, which was ok, but they both got very tired very quickly, so wasn't a long session. Poor DD1 threw up after swimming (she just stood there looking so , bless her) So prayers for recovery still needed, thank you! No more jobs on the horizon. Still haven't heard back from one, will call them and see what is happening later. Mmmmmmm......

Colds are slooooowly improving in the Dippy Household - Looking forward to when DD1 is better and isn't so grumpsome and clingsome all the darn time!! Going to go and look and see if there's any jobs in the local paper now .......

Where has everyone gone!!?

hello CD, I am here, just reading the prayers rather than asking for any at the moment. I have just survived another 2 nights without dh. Feeling shattered as dd hasa nighttime cough at the moment that keeps me awake and I do need my beauty sleep!

I am feeling very disgruntled and angry with dh right now - not at all in a state of grace to ask for prayers. But I spent some time looking out of the window yesterday evening, appreciating the beauty of the sunset and looking at the passers-by and feeling all warm and peaceful towards them (does anyone else ever do that and feel that way?) so I feel God is with me somewhere.

Any news on the job front CD?
