kid · 19/08/2010 21:41

Yes the excitement is definitely building for us, although I am feeling very sad that moby is not here.

Life does go on though as harsh as it is at tines.
The breeder is very attached to teddy, she says he is devine!

PersonalClown · 19/08/2010 21:43

My babies are on my profile.

2 very different breeds, got for the same reason. Friends had the litters!

Staffy lovers will adore my kissy little bugger!

lou33 · 19/08/2010 22:18

it is sad, but he had a happy life with you and you have good memories of the time you had with him, AND, maybe this has enabled you to give a good life to another pup which you might not have done otherwise

i dont know if that helps, but i think ykwim

kid · 20/08/2010 21:20

Yes ikwym. If moby had not died, we would never have got teddy. As it happens, we get to love 2 dogs

KId best wishes for picking teddy up tomorrow , bet you wont sleep much tonight with excitement .

kid · 20/08/2010 23:01

I need to go to bed now, have to be up and out by 7 so we get there nice and early. I've got his lead (moby's half eaten lead!) and new collar on the table ready to go. Just need to sort out blankets/towels to take with us. We are taking our brand new car which could be a bad idea lol
but, I'll forgive him no matter how much mess he makes

I'm getting him in 11 hours [ grin]

booyhoo · 20/08/2010 23:14

dolphin13 · 23/08/2010 16:12

We re homed a weimaraner 6 months ago and she has been amazing so they are my favourites now.

Along with staffies

spikeycow · 23/08/2010 16:25

Staffies and American bulldogs. Also love the look of the English Bull Terriers. The American bulldogs look well ard but are so sweet with people and love snuggling up.

Amanderrr · 23/08/2010 17:27

I can't think of a breed I don't like.

I have four dogs. A Staffordshire Bull Terrier aged 11, a Papillon aged 7, a Cavalier King Charles aged 3 and a Dogue De Bordeaux aged just 10 months.

I think of the four the Staffie is the cuddliest, the Cavalier is the happiest, the DDB is wonderfully docile and easy going and the Pap is a grumpy little thing.

Photos on profile. Smile
