I have a few ideas for a walkng down the aisle song/piece of music but i don't want to make a twat of myself by picking something really daft! (and secretly want to steal ideas for other parts of the ceremony!!)

What did you walk down the aisle to in your non-religious wedding?

Entered to Overture from the marriage of Figaro by mozart.

If i were getting married now, I would enter to Love is Full of Wonderful Colours by The Icicle Works - that fabulous opening few bars!

It's my sister's wedding on Saturday and she's coming in to "Bitter Sweet Symphony"

DH played and recorded a lovely version of back to the old house by the smiths for me to walk down the aisle to. This is the song but he played it much slower and
more soulful Back to the old house

His version makes me well up even now!

Oh, and during the service we also had Clare Du Lune, some John Martin songs and we left to Bron Yr Aur, again DH's version which was slower.

Walked in to 'Have I told you lately that I love you' - Van Morrison and out to 'Follow You, Follow Me' - Genesis AND had a slightly altered version of 'Oh, The Places You'll Go' by Dr Seuss as one of the readings
