Temp has gone up despite pain killers so have taken the advice for little kids and lost some clothes. going to jump in a tepid shower in a mo. migraine under control though. Seeing docs tomo. Not poorly enough to pester for an emergency appointment. Not in a restyfuly mood uncomfortable. so am going to potter and rest as mood suits. slept most of yesterday evening and had an early night. Supposed to have a friend round for coffee this afternoon so going to text her and warn her its a germ ridden house. Expect that to end up being canceled :(

its going to be one of those days me thinks. Glad to be boy free although he was trying to convince me that he was too sick to go to school. Breathing rate and depth was fine so sent him anyway. His asthma is worse then mine so i hope he doesnt get it. :(
