Hello Grin

hellsbelles · 25/09/2010 09:23

clearing up vomit?! Bella you are a saint!

Shiney - Grin at October rule.

Bitter - I still have your prison break...(hangs head in shame)..I'm sorry. I will post it soon I promise. But no problem for me to wait for The Wire - glad you are still enjoying.

BOF - that's the one I want to do next...though DH isn't as keen. But oh yes to the smoking...they all look so perfect and sophisticated. I am actually tempted to get a cigarette holder for extra ponciness.

Mitts - hope the sunshine makes you feel better...and lizzy hope you are feeling better too!

Waves to Lindalovelace. I'm a great admirer of your work Grin

Currently wresting whether with to move or improve. My main grip with current house is titchy kitchen which could be extended a bit (though garden is already tiny and would be rendered miniscule if we did extend).

But DH has grand plans that will totally be a risk. He wants to get something that is at the top of our budget and would mean that although we'd be living in a nice house we wouldn't be able to afford to do anything in it Confused. We've always done it that way before and it always motivates us to do better to pay for whatever...but I don't know I have the energy to do that now!

He's arrived back with coffees now - better go do the packing for birmingham!

Hope the sun is shining wherever you are - it's cold and shiny here.

hellsbelles · 25/09/2010 09:23

waves to lovely Norma too. Though I really must go now.

NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 09:26

Ah, yes not eating cereal would prove a problem! I think DS is etting the bar high for his teen years as he's just eaten 2 bowls of porridge (well ready brek) half of on of the cupcakes & some grapes & is still asking for more!

Oh dear at DS2, too tempting not to have snuck down for a sneak at what they're doing I suppose Wink

hells have a lovely time, hope you get nice weather!

BelfastBloke · 25/09/2010 10:02

Cold and shiny in London, too. Perfect going-to-football weather.

Hope you all have a good day.

bellavita · 25/09/2010 10:04

Have a lovely time Hells.

I am a little Angry. One of them has a huge giant marker pen and when I went downstairs, they all seem to have been dabbing each other with it in the night. DS1 has it on his t/shirt too. I said I hope it isn't on any of my things and they assured me it wasn't. I have just inspected the sitting room whilst they are eating breakfast and it is all over one of the duvet covers (one which houses my parents bed when they are here) and the pillow cases too. It is also on the kitchen ceiling (not in the middle thankfully but at the edge where it meets the wall). I will not say anything until his friends have gone and then I will read the riot act.

I have come back to bed.

I've just got in from dropping dd2 off at her Saturday club. Then I popped into Home Bargains to look for printer paper and spotted a kind of ex...eek. Lovely guy, but I so did not want to talk to him. I had to do that James Bond aisle-dodging manoeuvre to avoid him and then scurry out. Luckily he is either short-sighted or I am so fat that I am now unrecognisable. Not good though.

BitOfFun · 25/09/2010 10:09

Squash him like a bug, Bella. Hell, I'd bollock his friends too Grin

I'm going back to bed too for a bit of action now the kids have buggered off. Got to keep warm somehow if we shouldn't put the heating on Grin

BoF Grin

Shiney, knitted dress? Is it new?

I need to get a shower and wash my hair but I cannot be arsed.

NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 10:20

Bella I'd bollock him too! I was just about to say what a daft thing to do but then I remembered the time my friend & I drew all over my jeans with marker pen, little faces, cocks & silly words - we thought it was hilarious, our parents didn't for some reason.

I'm still in my PJs, should get washed & dressed though I suppose.

A knitted dress Shiney? A ice modern knitted dress or a Nana style knitted dress Grin

Dotty P's had some lovely dresses when i was ooking. just no had chance to get to shops yet.

Ds has been weird. Yesterday we had the big question "why did you take me away from my dad?" before school. He came back from school in a really good mood and he decided that he would tidy his room - completely cleaned as well Shock and announched that here really feels like home but he likes it better when it is tidy Grin and this morning he crawled into my bed got dressed and gave me big cuddle. went and got himself breakfast with no mess Shock and came back for some custard creams which i'd promised him. He has been sat in a duvet downstairs chilling out and watching tv. generally being a saint. And let me sleep Shock. Oh and he did his homework last night, without any fuss ShockGrin

Going to get up and spoil him a bit.

OuchPassVodka · 25/09/2010 10:52

Oh and not heating here either, still cant get to the control pannel Grin But then again we are lovers of hot water bottles and jumpers.

Don't you just want to pick them up and hug them tightly when they have been all nice and lovely Grin. Glad you had a nice lie in Ouch.

Shiney, give yourself a bit of credit. I know what you look like and I know that you will look fab in it!!

OP posts:
OuchPassVodka · 25/09/2010 11:04

ok just checked it and i had my eye on the pale one of that dress Grin it was one of the one the S&B lot recommended. you'll look fab in it.

yep its lovely. Bella. TBH i would have read the riot act to all the boys before the went home. Well either that or provide then with the equipment to clear up after themselves you are too nice bella!

TrillianAstra · 25/09/2010 11:40

Haha at bella's ds1, way to be cool in front of your mates. Grr at the marker pen though.

Well done to mittz for deciding to say yes to invitations, inknow what it's like when you feel unsociable and get stuck in a rut of being too tired or busy or just grumpy.
