I bought DP a vintage poster of Sylvie Krystel for his birthday.

BitOfFun · 25/09/2010 00:15

bellavita · 25/09/2010 00:15

Bella are you sure those pesky kids haven't been having a sneeky drink whilst you were tucked up in bed?

I am off to bed now just thought I would say hello and goodbye.

Oh and Jet so glad you and mini are home and well.

Sorry I missed you Jaq. Hope you are well? Oh god yeah.. I forgot to count how many bottles of Stella were in the fridge Shock

Morning Shiney.

Err first up? I don't think so, it feels like I have been awake all night!! No seriously, I have survived just! I only had to tell them once to keep the noise down.

I have popped downstairs to get a coffee and come back up to bed, I have left a plastic bag (an Ocado one) > on the table for them to clear up their mess of wrappers, empty cans etc etc.

I sent MrBella a txt last night around midnight about DS1 and pukiness. He replied at 2.20am this morning so at least one of us was having a good time Hmm

What are we all doing today?

NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 08:50

Morning,

Shiney you sound like DH, I wait until he's at work & then put it on Grin

How are you holding up Bella? Does your house smell of au de teen boy?

No plans here really, no car today so I think we'll veg at home & watch some DVDs & book reading :)

bellavita · 25/09/2010 08:54

I have not ventured into the sitting room Norma - but I bet it will smell in there, I have no doubt whatsoever.

DS1 posted on his fb wall at 3.27 asking what he should be doing. Someone said "sleep" and he said he already had done that. I have just added "you can go clean up your mess in the kitchen" but he has removed my post Grin

Vegging sounds good, that is what I will be doing. If it doesn't rain, I will hoover my car, but that is just about it.

OP posts:
NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 08:57

Grin at him removing your post, cunning, very cunning! He can claim he didn't see it Grin

You may have to freeze & open all the windows when they've left, that or put a peg on your nose! Why do teen boys, when in a group, smell like feet?

bellavita · 25/09/2010 09:02

Oh yes, I will be opening all the windows Grin

Sometimes I have to hold my breath when I go in DS1's room on a morning, especially if it is on a weekend and he is still in bed mid morning. His window is usually open and it still stinks in there.

BitOfFun · 25/09/2010 09:04

I think I may pop the heating on for an hour now you've reminded me, Shiney. Oh yes, I have fond memories of wrapping a blanket around myself and cradling a hot drink in your house with my teeth chattering Grin

mittz · 25/09/2010 09:04

Yes, teens have a smell completely unique to them selves Bella.. Grin
Are you rustling up breakfast for them ?

Taking the DC's to an Arts festival that looks superb. I need inspiring.. Smile

Feel a bit meh, with a slight cold and raging period pains but will blast them with painkillers shortly.

I need a good night out... have had a few invites from girly friends and I am going to creep out of my shell and accept them all... I saw a friend and she looked at me, looked horrified, said 'oh sweetheart are you OK?' her eyes filled with tears and she gave me a hug..... (not doing so good at the mo).

So, giving myself an ass kicking (wrenched a thigh muscle in the process...typical!) and devouring the elephant with renewed zest.
Lovely weekends to all, Smilexx

(sorry, self absorbed post there Blush)

NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 09:04

Urgh! Lovely, I have all this to look forward too...though actually it's probably going to smell less then when I walk in DS's room now & he's done a giant poo (in his nappy obviously not actually in his room)

NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 09:07

[grin[ BOF, she actually gave you a blanket or did you have to supply your own?

Lovely Mittz, good for you about time you had a good night out you deserve it! And as Trills isn't here yet

bellavita · 25/09/2010 09:15

Mittz, yes accept all the invites! Like Norma says, you deserve a good night out. Hope you are ok xx (moan as much as you want)

Heating has been on here for a while now, I will freeze for no one!

I have some bacon in the fridge. Will offer them either toast or a bacon buttie.

OP posts:
NormaSknockers · 25/09/2010 09:18

You're very lovely Bella, I'd point out where the cornflakes were & stay in my bed Grin

bellavita · 25/09/2010 09:22

My boy's don't eat cereal though Norma (I wish they would). I s'pose I had better get up now. DS2 is down there and I can here him annoying them. The bugger crept down when I had gone to bed last night and the level of noise went up too fold like it has now.... I quickly got him back upstairs and said he would be grounded for a week if he ventured down in the middle of the night.
