Not really Alice, I'll be kept an eye on, my progress monitored & it's just a play it by ear game really. They want to sort me out with some very sexy insoles & a few other things to try & level me out a bit but the consultant did say that after 10 years of being like this it's not going to be easy & as time goes on it will get worse but I knew that already so it's ok :)

And I am now hungry again. Not enough protein and veg and fruit, too many carbs. FAIL!

Survived. Was tasty. 'Ring of fire' not actually as hot as some of the others we have grown.

So far, DH has sliced one chilli onto a pizza which knocked his socks off. They're all turning red now, it's v. exciting.

I have cooked turkey tonight, instead of chicken (heads up to Gigi and Marco!) and used some thai soup from reduced section as a cooking sauce, was tasty.

Crispy, I love salad! The weather was nice this morning but it has turned into windy city here - tis like a gale blowing.
