He is supposed to be ill, but DS has just stolen the keys to my filing drawer and hid them in his dad's shoe. Lucky I spotted him .

Mittz, lovely lady, ADs are absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. It took me years and years to work that out, but it is very freeing. Don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes with depression a good day is just managing to get out of bed and showered. I know what it's like to have everything in life going okay/well but still be depressed. You feel so guilty on top of it all, like 'why can't I just pull myself together?' It's because depression is an illness. You don't tell type 1 diabetics to regulate their blood sugar just by force of will. Proper clinical depression is no different (in my view anyway). You have recognised that you aren't doing well, and you are taking steps to do something about it. Well done!

I worked in a call centre & we were 24/7 365 days a year, I sed to cover the Christmas Day shifts prior to the DC & once had a chap one in to make sure I really was there, he said he 'didn't believe' we were telling the truth & asked me loads of random questions to prove I wasn't just a machine

Appt went ok, things have gotten worse though as my pelvis/hips are completely out of line & rotated, my right leg is almost 2 inches longer then my left & basically everything is a right old mess. He was very lovely though & is reffering me for lots of extra phyiso etc etc.

I am sat here feeling a little smug as making some wedding invite mock ups for someone who has asked me to make theirs & they are looking really nice

I've got a family wedding at beginning of October and would like to feel and look better by then. After that I will weigh myself again as hopefully some inch-loss and dewy skin will motivate me.
I am going to drop the cereal with milk and yoghurt now as well as I'm sure it is making me unwell and tired.

I went for a swim this avo. Managed 50 lengths, but was bloody tough. Realised i haven't swum (other than kicking round with the DC's) for over 2 months

For some reason I have had no less than 6 'other' kids in my house today. It is like a drop in centre And they are on rotation, when 1 lot go away, someone else replaces them. I am hiding in my spare room.
