I am going to stick around. My diet cannot afford any more setbacks, and I've really missed you guys. It will be difficult though, I'm starting training for this working at home thing on Tuesday. It is online, 7-11pm every weeknight for 6 weeks, plus I will be working during the day too for another month. So I might not be terribly prolific, but I will be here!

Going to retire to my bed with new library books. I can't even remember what I borrowed, so this will be mildly exciting. See you in the morning!

Oddly, at a restaurant we never go to, managed to bump into some friends and so had a drink with them after dinner. Was all very nice but food was not as spicy as we would have liked.

Shiney you're going to work? I thought you had quit? Are you having to work notice period? I'm sure some people (from the sound of some of the first day at school threads) would call in sick in order to take child to first day, because not seeing their little darlings off would make them sick.

DH supposed to be off today, but has to go into work for a bit [rubbish] Hoping to go out for lunch though, then an afternoon nap

Mad day yesterday, FIL and wife came for dinner, but DH was working most of the morning so had loads to do. Good evening eating leftover roast and watching heartbeat though

BOF, I wish the new job was sexy talk! I could totally do that. (Stop laughing, Crispy!) I even tried looking into it a few years ago, but couldn't find out how it get into that 'industry'.

No, the job is actually call centre type work, but you do it from home. Very legit, one of the few working from home things I've seen that isn't obviously a pyramid scheme or scam. There are various large companies that use this type of thing, but I will be doing catalog shopping stuff, which should be good in the run up to Christmas.

Mittz, hope you feel better, migraines are awful.

Thanks for noticing about the migraines. My depression is really bad I am trying really really hard but it is beyond anything being pro active about it seems to be able to help. I am having chronic nightmares, insomnia and anxiety issues. I don't understand at all. I meditate a little, get out as much as I can, things are great with the DC's (as much as the six week break can allow) but I feel like I am in a straight jacket emotionally.

I am trying not to dwell on it and focus on what needs to be done but some days just functioning takes so much effort. I have rung the doctor about increasing my anti depressants. Not a course I wanted to take especially but it seems needs must.

We had the mighty wind last week, it is exhilarating and then it just suddenly stopped and was clear and calm.

Anyway...work beckons...

Mittz - AD's are not forever, they are just a way to help smooth things over when they are difficult, why not make the most of that help. It makes you no less of a person, in fact i would say it makes you more a person for admitting you are struggling and taking that help. Sometimes you just need to break the cycle
