Quick hello - manic day - visitors, deliveries, emails blah blah blah school friends for tea, cubs .... it just goes on and on - when will this day end lolololol?

My cardio results came back fine - they are palpitations and nothing else - told to just live with it unless it affected my life significantly. So thats good news. Ernie has been booked for swine flu jab on 11th between 12-1pm - someone remind me lol!

Right - send me virtual wine to get me through til about 8pm!!!

Mumface - haven't had chance to post your stuff - will do in morning once have retrieved a wet bag box from Parcelforce in bristol!

Hope bumble is okay

Waiting for Tree's poncho picture - there are 6 patterns - 3 sold out already! Esp the spots which looked fabby.

octothechildherder · 28/01/2010 17:40

Ok. Husband is in the building. Baby is up [literally, trying to walk bless her] and dd is about to go to bed. Pictures in the next hour I'd say

So sorry about the poorlies. I'd be too Daisy.

Great news about the heart Octo - same as mine in fact.

Wonder how Bagpuss is getting on.

Link to photobucket is on FB. If you don't know me on FB one of the others will point you int right direction. If you know none of us, CAT me

May I just say

i] No the changing table in our room doesn't usually look like that. It's been rather abandoned and needs to come down. It just has the night nappies on now really.
ii] No, neither dd2 or I are the spawn of the devil, but we all seem to have very reflective eyes that even red eye reduction can't handle.
iii] No dd2 isn't very comfy on my back, she isn't used to it and wasn't high enough. So she's being a rebel and leaning right back like a bannana

Isn't the ponch brill

thebluefoxategreensocks · 28/01/2010 20:35

has everyone entered this week's giveaway on FYP? I think I should win, since I don't have any Ittis! And the giveaway is for 2 AIOs. lol

octothechildherder · 28/01/2010 20:44

Ace Tree! Do you think they need to come in a small bag???

Off now for dinner/dh time

treedelivery · 28/01/2010 20:57

A PonchoPouch

I thought that today. I never use stuff like that, I'm more a sling it in the car girl.

If it were cheap for you to do it, then it would be a lovely touch. If it would cost a lot then I wouldn't say it was a big deal.

I think the main thing would be to have on efor the taller person, and maybe one for petite. I'm 5ft 10 and I found it a bit short once it had covered H.

It's so warm though. Se how H got her arms through the head hole? That was reallt good, she like to be able to have her freedom. I could pop her back in when the wind was cold too.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 28/01/2010 21:12

Yes, I was thinking the Poncho looked rather short on you tree! Was thinking to say something before you mentioned it actually, as I wondered how much good it would do on someone as tall as you (tho I had no idea you were that tall! LOL) So yes, I think it does need to be longer, at least an option for longer ones!

treedelivery · 28/01/2010 21:17

AM too tall I can get longer length trousers, but your standard supermarket top for £4 only just reaches my ribs by the time its covered the flab

Babybots · 28/01/2010 21:18

Love it!!!!!!Need say no more! lol

Tree your DD's are gorgeous!

Octo - yes would love to Rendezvous? email me time details! Must give you mobile number, scrapped the other one and got 0845 instead.

Site building for me tonight need wine

CharlottesClan · 28/01/2010 21:25

Babybots · 28/01/2010 21:45

JennyPennyNAPPYWEB · 28/01/2010 23:38

LMAO over the adult sleepsuits! Although maybe good for camping lol. What a PITA if you need a wee in the night!?

CharlottesClan · 29/01/2010 08:14

lol jen

4andnotout · 29/01/2010 09:54

Those sleepsuits go for a bomb on ebay, i myself just think they are a sure fire reciepe for thrush!

OP posts:
mumface · 29/01/2010 10:26

LMAO!, that reminds me of a fashion disaster in the 90's when tops with poppers under the crotch like a baby vest were in fashion, I loved mine but was a PITA when you needed a wee!

Scotia · 29/01/2010 11:04

Mumface I had forgotten about those lolol.

During the recent cold spell, seeing all 3 of my children looking nice & cosy in Carters fleece sleepsuits, I was really wishing for one myself! Maybe I need a trip to Primark! LOL

mumface · 29/01/2010 16:06

I am thinking about one of Jabula's wildchild night nappies that are coming soon, they look lush. But I have more than enough night nappies now!
Have sold all of my small Itti's today

octothechildherder · 29/01/2010 19:02

I have time to post at last - met up with Babybots, sorted wet bags and post, picked up boys, tidied and now have nice glass of wine.

Will speak to PP lady about a very tall option Think would change pattern to do it. The one Tree has is V1 - we are now on V3!! Photo work being done next week - very exciting. Lots of very new and exciting things about to happen - great

Catch you all over the weekend
