octothechildherder · 01/03/2010 10:43

sorry - have literally just emailed you to say there are two parcels lol lol

you must have been devastated! Sorry!

You must have thought it was super small lol in that grey posting bag or that I had not shared the fact that it had magic properties - something I was keeping a secret from everyone and that was like one of those incredible inflating boats!

I'm late for visitn Jabula .... skates on ...

CharlottesClan · 01/03/2010 10:56

yes i did think 'its a bit small' then i saw the poncho2go label.. got excited, then went 'oooohhh'
dh p*ssing himself laughing in the corner!

CharlottesClan · 01/03/2010 21:16

listed my CT's
here

have had a huge cull of the stash this week, getting rid of anything that doesn't work so well for us, these being one of many listings

no poncho

there have been some onesize NL added to the WN site, am resisting

salbysea · 01/03/2010 21:51

eek! friend who has borrowed my lovely chocolate itti and a coolababy and a one life has said she is going to IRON them to decontaminate them before giving them back! I hope she got my message saying NOOOOOOOOO (can you imagine what a coolababy would look like after being attacked with an iron)

We have a communal laundry room here and DH left a totsbots insert and coolababy insert down there by accident. The cleaners obv thought they were dusters and now they are black!

MIL's been to visit and didn't think we were too mental for using cloth which was nice

CharlottesClan · 01/03/2010 22:19

oooh thats nice, relatives that dont think you mental is always novel!

hmm, my stash looking thin now. didnt realise how much stuff i was keeping hold of that we never used

LackaDAISYcal · 01/03/2010 22:32

ironing nappies

Lots of nice things for sale on CNT....which is why I never visit their board very often!

CharlottesClan · 01/03/2010 22:44

nothing on cnt for us unfortunately, but then charlie has such an awkward shape only a handful of nappies fit. (mainly side snaps)

does anyone else look at their pile of stuff sold and feel alittle sad?

salbysea · 02/03/2010 10:00

I am now on a self imposed nappy related product buying ban for the rest of lent!

salbysea · 02/03/2010 10:35

Sal - email them re tushie tuesdays - find out what the problem is. Someone must have won - will go and look!

Off to pick up snugglepants from Bristol!

4andnotout · 02/03/2010 11:52

Morning all

Nothing exciting to report here

OP posts:
thebluefoxategreensocks · 02/03/2010 15:23

Is the deadline wrong on this week's tushie tuesday? The post is dated today (2nd March) but below it says the comment shound be left before the 1st of March. I would really like to win on of those! We only use suedecloth lined nappies (since Benjamin is in sposies at the moment and Clement only can take suedecloth) so it does mean that I have limited opportunities for fluffy purchases, since few nappies are suedecloth. Guess that's a good thing, huh?

CharlottesClan · 02/03/2010 15:55

no poncho octo, weather is fabby too, cold but nice enough to carry him so would have been perfect for showing off on the school run

who wants to bet that it will be raining the day it shows up?

octothechildherder · 02/03/2010 17:35

Has def been posted - should be with you tomorrow - today would have been fab day for it! Come on postie!!

I got some fab stuff today for NW but not ready to share yet Next week

Snugglepants came in today - love them!

Trying to make curry and pizza at same time - better keep an eye on it all!

mumface · 02/03/2010 19:48

Have been a bit quiet lately as am suffering chronic jaw pain since having my tooth out. Looks like the bones infected and/or severe nerve damage was done. Either way I am in a lot of pain and have had 3 lots of anti-biotics now and am feeling very
and can't get to the root (excuse the pun) of it!
I am streamlining my lot right now in order to fund my other hobby of doll collecting.
I am mainly using my Bambinex teddies and flexi-tots at the moment.

octothechildherder · 02/03/2010 19:58

oh no mumface - get better soon x

salbysea · 03/03/2010 11:47

oh mumface that sounds awful! poor you!

jennypenny, hope your LOs are beginning to feel a bit better

octo it was like christmas morning here today . How gorgeous are those longies!! and those Jackson Reece wipes are divine! they smell absolutely gorgeous and are much gentler than other wipes (most wipes sting my face so I use my face to judge whether or not to use them on my LO, and they feel lovely, not even a tingle!). The monkey foot bags have just made me want to order more , but I must resist! LOVE the guitar print! I am staying away from your website now! its dangerous!

salbysea · 03/03/2010 12:05

and now my free totsbots stretchy is here
cant wait to try it, it feels lovely!

CharlottesClan · 03/03/2010 12:31

mumface get better soon!

no poncho octo, going to phone and complain tomorrow, its blatantly sat in the sorting office and they cant be arsed to deliver it.

people dont believe me when i say how awful the postal system is round here

octothechildherder · 03/03/2010 16:14

Yeah salbysea - glad you love everything

Booo CC - come on postie fgs!

Been teaching today - just got in and getting head round all my stuff and dinner

4andnotout · 03/03/2010 17:28

Evening all

Just popping in for 5 minutes whilst tea is in the oven

I had fluffy post yesterday my 2 stretchies and wrap for my tushie tuesday prize,i put one on T-G overnight with no boosting and no prewashing and the back of it was still dry this morning I'm loving them a lot! If i do get pg again im going to have them as my main nappy for the first 6 months or so.

Im hoping i have enough spare cash tommorow to order an ouch pouch in pink boho, could do with a medium wet bag too, already have a jungle jam one but would love all matching (but i suppose would have to change my small one which is clem boho)!

Had dd1 & dd2's parents evening afterschool and they are both oing well, so no gruel and water for them then [ewink]
