Don't think C&C comes on atm - more of a lurker after a major incident a while ago Not sure if it has blown over! She was my virtual birth buddy. After she left MN she set up her business.

Scotia - there is a show to the northwest of Abderdeen soon - can't remmeber the name but near Dornoch.

The green parenting show has things for around the home aswell I think - will let you know. There are about 20 stands booked from what I recall.

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 17:05

Tree - the blue sky wall flower is lush!

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 17:12

I want them all.

Or at very least one in each size.
Also want to come to the show and leer over your bags! Miles away though.

I can do you a deal

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 17:19

4 - no spray bottles left I'm afraid - didn;t think they gave out enough of a spray to get the qipe wet enough. Lollipop are doing a rose and chamomile bottom spritzer now which is nice - if you like rose!

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 17:31

I'll get in touch via the site! Hust heading to lounge to look down back of sofa for coins..........

I got a spray from Boots 4, one for taking on holiday. Totally agree with Octo. Go for a screw top

For hardcore usage and days out one of these keeps chamomile tea&drop of oil we use warm for her bot-bot. Aw. Am such a sucker.

we never use a bit of loo roll under the tap honest guv

4andnotout · 16/08/2009 17:33

I spray the bum rather than the wipe so te spray mist was no problem, i'll have a look in boots.

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 17:35

never ever use toilet roll or cotton wool esp dry!

I think it might just be wine time!

Are you lot all on FB? - please add me - vicki finn

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 17:37

Ah I see - I take my wipes out wet in the small waterproof bag - all ready to use.

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 17:38

That emoticon would look like this 4

4andnotout · 16/08/2009 17:38

Which one are you?

Im the one and only Sophie Grint

4andnotout · 16/08/2009 17:39

x posted, i usually take wet wipes but the bag outer got wet used and made the nappies wet, so i didn't know if i should only be using dry wipes in it

4andnotout · 16/08/2009 17:40

The word when is missing from that post!

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 17:41
Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 17:47

Tree - yes lol - use monkey foot bags. Love the emoticon! Should ask MN to add it. will ask about personalising - also good for swimming, ballet, smelly shoes, san pro etc

4 - the wet wipes in the bag should stay wet and the outer dry - if you got the outer wet by mistake then it will all be wet as I discovered yesterday camping! We had a bitof a flood in the tent ...

Must go sort my kids out - back tomorrow.

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 19:35

LOL at the poo scraping thread!

4andnotout · 16/08/2009 19:37

It Was dry when I filled it with wrung out wipes this afternoon but now about 2/3rds of it is wet it's along the zip and to about 2 inches down.

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 19:42

Thats weird as mine stays dry with wet wipes in. I think it is probably wicking at the zip. Will do some tests on mine tomorrow.

NAPPY ALERT - did I mention that I have bought some silver nappy liners?? Havne't used them myslef buy twinkle says:

Silver Liners Polyester nappy liners with a thread of silver in. Silver is antibacterial and helsp restrict bacterial growth, so by placing one of these liners anywhere in the nappy it will help reduce overnight redness and nappy rash.

Have any of you used them? May need a tester?!

Octothechildherder · 16/08/2009 19:46

Also mine was upright rather than wet wipes lying on the zip iyswim.

Scotia · 16/08/2009 21:18

If Natty's around, there's some small boys woolies for sale on CNT. I fancied them myself but will probably be on the small side for ds - luckily really as I don't want to be buying any more atm!

I've just started knitting my first pair of longies - will let you know how they turn out. And I've not forgotten Natty wanted me to knit some for her if they turn out ok

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 21:45

Good luck Scotia!

Have finally uploaded my stash pic. Well, 2/3 of it, and no nighttime ones

JennyPenny22 · 16/08/2009 22:02

Octo - I would love to test silver liners! I haven't tried any yet but really should do as both the girls get nappy rash, especially Elouise.
Can you use nappy cream with them?

The Bamboozles seem to have gone up to £10 again on Amazon! Gutted as I was planning to order some more!!

JennyPenny22 · 16/08/2009 22:07

Stash pic looks lovely tree - what are they stored in? Couldn't work it out?

treedelivery · 16/08/2009 22:09

A changing table from mothercare. One of the platic ones with a bath. They take up both shelves entirely

Need nappy wardrobe!, then could use changing table shelves for wipes, liners, boosters etc.......

JennyPenny22 · 16/08/2009 23:26

I would LOVE a nappy wardrobe! My nappies are just everywhere! I think I am going to have to set up the changing table again soon. We stopped using it a while ago to make space and use cot top changers. But need somewhere to store it all! Have draws at the moment which are meant to be for Elouises toy but are full of Nappy stuff!
