Just googled postal order you go to post office ,buy one for value of payment with sellers name printed on it. then post it.Cost is 10% if value over £9.99. Not a problem if it's too much hassle!

TheNatty · 24/07/2009 22:30

treedelivery · 25/07/2009 10:27

Ooo wool shampoo. I'll need some. I have cashmere wash, do you think thats the same?

Baron, hope you have fluffy post. Hope they are ok, not breeding, not making 'weeble' noises and not setting up house under the stairs.

[Fluffles if you are wondering what I have posted, anyone ]

DH has gone to the po, I have fluffy post! Woo Hoo!

I used lansinoh too, same as swaster instructions, but I didn't use baby wash and it did go solid again so def use a squirt of soap stuff.

Jenny, cheers Mrsm am paypalling now. x

twoclimbingboys · 25/07/2009 10:50

tree - I think cashmere wash would be the same I have a cheap asda's omw wool wash I have been using and then lanolising with lansinoh. I have just bought some wool wash including lanolin though as I was finding it all a bit of a hassle!

Hsa anyone tried a puddlekins nappy yet? Their bamboo fleece night nappies look fab on their new site - but I usually avoid BTP nappies as Blake is so long.

TheNatty · 25/07/2009 12:43

i did look at them, but i couldnt work out if they needed wraps or not. seems a shame to pay for something to pretty and then stick a wrap over the top

TheNatty · 25/07/2009 14:19

i can see a new obsession starting, they do green, red, navey...
would it be bad if he had one of each?

(dh is going to kill me)

JennyPenny22 · 25/07/2009 15:58

I haven't tried puddlekins nappies but their cloth san pro is good!

Is anybody doing the competitions on cloth nappy addict? I wish I hadn't paid the £12 now as I am finding it quite hard!

Need help with the WeeNotions one!

twoclimbingboys · 25/07/2009 18:19

Is johnworf about - I have a feeling she (or anyone with a girl in 12-18) would love this!

twoclimbingboys · 25/07/2009 18:24

jenny - that quiz does look very time consuming. The WN site is huge to search for that character on!!! The nominated charities will benefit though.

JennyPenny22 · 25/07/2009 19:14

Yes I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for charity. Just determined to enter most of the competitions now I have paid!

That set is lovely! If it was slightly bigger I may have been tempted. Glad it is a bit too small as I don't have £40 to spare!

TheNatty · 25/07/2009 19:41

i saw that very sad i have a boy and my girl is in 2-3

Bugger, I followed that link and now I am getting pulled into woolies!!

Harriet went out in her new brown itti today, she wore a Boden hotch potch dress, with a green top and a pink skirt, with brown and green spots. Sounds awful but it's all retro colours and suited the nappy to the ground. She was a bit Autumnal but never mind - she looked a bobbit.

We went to a really nice birthday party. Am really thinking of those yoyo's for Jess - thanks for the tip. THey are £££ but then we would have paid for them in 2 months if she uses them everynight. SO 2 pairs needed - 4 months of dispos. Not bad really, plus onward sale value........

Scotia · 25/07/2009 20:33

hAS anybody knitted their own woolies? I'm an experienced knitter, but I will need some tips - I'm going to start knitting my own to see how it goes

someone on CNT is selling lots of nice wraps, including wee notions for £5 if anybody's interested.

twoclimbingboys · 25/07/2009 20:53

scotia - there is a really helpful board on cnt (called pure wool) with loads about knitting your own woollies. I keep meaning to have a go but will never get round to it.

tree - Harriet's outfit today sounds lovely. I am very nosey and had a look at the set you are interested in it - I really like it!

Blake's outfit today was a Pixie Knits hat and woollies. I have just posted pics here on cnt

treedelivery · 25/07/2009 21:17

Scotia - I have a pattern I can email you with? It has lots of options and tips etc. It's for longies, shorties and skirties

two - do you think the set is available? I couldn't tell really. I do like though.........

twoclimbingboys · 25/07/2009 21:31

tree - I think the set is still available as Annette seems to delete photos as things sell from the thread. Thank you for the lovely comment about Blake you have posted on cnt - very kind .

rusmum · 25/07/2009 21:34

treedelivery · 25/07/2009 21:39
