Hi

Sorry - work got in way of mn!!

Lollipop pop n gro has just been released - awaiting a shipment but I have a few here - all in one with fleece inner and a bamboo and a wellsoft booster. Comes in white, yellow, cerise pink, aqua and fresh green (celery).

The link on the Lollipop homepage isn;t up yet and my website is a week away! I have put a photo in my profile for you though Have a look on the recent NEC baby show new products page (am rubbish at links lol) - it is on there.

Email me on [email protected] if you want to order or have any more queries.

If you are going to the Cornwall Show visit the Childrens Area/Lollipop and you will get to see the pop n gro.

Octothechildherder · 03/06/2009 19:24

JennyPenny - there simply aren't any second hand ones around at the moment as it is sparkling brand new!

The pop n gro will retail at £14.95 but full sets may have discounts as usual.

Rachel - they look fab! I would love them - but I see 4 got there first! [girn]. If you have any left though, I would love them. I have been umming and aring about buying some bits like that (currenly using water and sometimes adding baby bath or lavender essential oil.

I think I am still going to keep the BG, although I have just swapped the blue one for a girly UDOS. Not sure if I will keep them long, but for now incase we do start using them later on. Even maybe just to keep in the car, as an emergency nappy that will fit both the girls. They will fit on Elouise, its just that she outwees any boosting we put in within an hour or 2. But for spares in the car in should be fine.

rusmum · 03/06/2009 22:08

bumgenius v2?? any good???

may be buying some pink ones

Octothechildherder · 03/06/2009 22:42

Cornwall Show is a huge county show held at Wadebridge, Cornwall this weekend - great day out - my boys love it! Think there is probably a website.

treedelivery · 03/06/2009 22:54

Oooo I am on holiday in Cornwall this weekend!! Hurrah!

Am checking out now folks as off on my jollies. Hav ea lovely 2 weeks or so everyone. do Don't buy loads of fluff.

JennyPenny22 · 03/06/2009 23:03

rusmum - the BG v2s are great, as long as you don't have a mega heavy wetter. Most people get on with them.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 03/06/2009 23:05

4 and jenny: Right, I'll divide the wipes solution bits between the two of you - is that OK? Have just put them in two small envelopes and looks like they should go as a large letter, meaning a mere 37p to post. SO, no need to pay anything - that's too small an amount to send money for! LOL Just email me your addresses at [email protected] and I'll pop them in the post to the two of you on Friday - free of charge. Will just be glad for the couple of inches on my kitchen counter, where they've been sitting for months!

JennyPenny22 · 04/06/2009 07:06

Thank you so much! Thats really kind.

I am going to start selling off all/most of my microfibe inserts. I have an entire draw which is completly overflowing with them! I don't use them so its silly to keep them really. Hopefully I won't regret it when Talia gets big enough to wear pockets though! We have plenty of bamboo and hemp inserts though so they should work better anyway I would think. Does anybody know roughly how much I should sell for? They are mostly bumgenious I think.

Octothechildherder · 04/06/2009 10:12

Right - the Lollipop Pop n Gro will be in full stock as of 15th June. I have a couple here, if you wish to place backorders CAT me . If you have already bought one it will be in post today - thanks

twoclimbingboys · 04/06/2009 12:29

has anyone heard from natty? I hope she is managing ok in this heat. I would hate to be havily pregnant at the moment.

Ariela · 04/06/2009 12:47

Treedelivery with regard to the faulty nappies I would contact the place you bought them from, they should replace.
Re print All in Ones, there are print Imse all in ones you might not have tried (sized) plus limited edition prints from Fuzzi Bunz, Nature Babies Stuffables and Happy Heinys or the new Limtied Edition Itti bitti D'Lish prints

rusmum · 04/06/2009 12:58

STOP MAKING ME WANT!!!!
lol

twoclimbingboys · 04/06/2009 13:16

The price of pre-loved BBHs at the moment is a bit mad. Upsy Daisy are bringing out a bamboo one size fitted in the next few weeks. I haven't got any of their bamboo (yet!) but according to people on cnt it is supposed to be very absorbent and soft.

JennyPenny22 · 04/06/2009 14:22

TCB - I didn't know that about UD! I will have to save some funds for that! I knew they were bringing out a soy AIO but I think that will be sized.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 04/06/2009 14:36

I'd love to have some un-fleece lined UD bamboo velour nappies! I bought one from one of the ladies (can't remember which one, through CNT) - something she'd made/used for her own child (so got it secondhand and well used). But it's such a perfect fit for Benjamin and also very absorbant. And it's got a pocket for extra stuffing with pull-out booster. But never have seen anymore like it, nor seen it on their website! So don't know if it was a sort of tester nappy that she made for herself only or what. But I really like it! It's gone bare in places (so doesn't even feel of velour, tho I'm sure she said it was a velour sort of nappy), but still works fab!

twoclimbingboys · 04/06/2009 14:53

On the recent UD newsletter they mentioned a budget bamboo nappy - I asked what that is and it is going to be BTP.

rachel - that nappy does sound fab. I don't know if they still do bamboo velour but i'm sure they could do any of their nappies without fleece lining if you contacted them and asked.

JennyPenny22 · 04/06/2009 17:08

Yes Rachel - I am sure if you emailed UD they would make you some without fleece.

Elouise has REALLY bad nappy rash. She is struggling to even sit down . She absolutly screams when I change her nappy and thats using soft fleece wipes and plain water! I am going to bath her in a min, when she has finished eating her bowl full of peas . But I really don't know what to put her in for bed! If I put her in a disposable - I could smother her in cream. BUT on the other hand, she will probably have leaked by the morning and there is the risk the sposie will make the nappy rash more sore anyway . I think it could have been caused by eating kiwis yesterday? Is that possible? What would anybody recommend doing for her? I am going to take her nappy off now and let her have a 10 min run round with no nappy on but then she needs her bath and bed (she goes to bed at 6pm).
Any advice?

twoclimbingboys · 04/06/2009 17:33

DH occasionally insists on a disposable if they have nappy rash, but I don't actually think it improves things.

I stick to cloth, use a fleece liner (to protect the nappy) and following tree's and swampster's advice I smother their bums in lansinoh. I have had miraculous improvements by morning so fingers crossed is works on eloise.

Mine get burnt bums if they are teething and been really bad if they pooped overnight (after we have gone to bed) and obviously been in it for a few hours - bless him.

twoclimbingboys · 04/06/2009 17:34

meant to say - they react to oranges and other citrus fruits, even raisins if they are teething - so the kiwis could have done it!

4andnotout · 04/06/2009 21:39

Both dd1 & dd2 used to get rashes at both ends (mouth and bum) when they ate citrus fruits or tomatoes.

Im full of cold and feel like shite especially after just cycling to the polling station and back whilst dd4 was asleep briefly (she is either windy or teething today but she is miserable!)

Going to peruse some cloth ads, i need fluffy post to make me feel better

JennyPenny22 · 04/06/2009 23:33

TCB - do you know when UD are bringing out the new nappy? I am trying to decide if I should spend my PP funds now or wait till they bring those out?! Also, I have £50 in paypal, but if you spend over a certain amount, either £70 or £75 I can't remember, you get extra discount, which is what I did with my last order. I should really wait until that order is here though I guess?! Lol! I am going to get Elouise and Talia a soy fitted each, can't decide if to buy small or medium for Talia. She is in smalls now, but they soy is still not quite in stock and if they take a while with the order again, as I know they are quite behind, then it might not get much use! BUT I have a medium UDNN and it would no way fit Talia! I use it as a day nappy for Elouise (Which she managed to out wee in 3 hours today ).

twoclimbingboys · 05/06/2009 00:03

Jenny - no idea sorry. The bamboo is going to take longer than the soy to arrive I think.

saggyoldclothcat · 05/06/2009 11:44

Jenny - have you tried manuka honey for the nappy rash? My DS2 gets horrible rash with open sores if he eats too much citrus fruit (esp strawberries) and we find manuka works really well.
