Hi Natty,

Could you please post back the Bum Genius I sent you? I've even sent you a self addressed envelope with postage paid, so just slip in the post!

cheers!

rusmum · 14/05/2009 15:38

my freee LL came

i want wool dont like fleece myself!

ShirleyL · 14/05/2009 18:39

Has anyone tried the bumgenius all in ones? what is the absorbancy and fit like?
Thanks

ilovemydogandMrObama · 14/05/2009 20:12

Bum Genius AIO sized are brilliant. I tested them for Mother and Baby and they got a gold star! They've been DS day nappy up until recently and can't think of any leaks or escapes. The fit is good, even for a skinny baby. Plus they are just like a disposable, so dads don't mind them, and quite slim fitting.

Only criticism is that they don't have that wow factor, but totally functional.

treedelivery · 14/05/2009 20:29

Hello people. Big waves to rusmum and ilovemydogandMrObama.

Ok here - Hatts has exploded out of a airflow and an itti today. Marvellous!

ilovemydog - Thats Bg all over isn't it? Really good but lacking in wow. They need to do some patterns or something. Still loving V3 one size but do think Hatts gets clamy in them.

JennyPenny22 · 14/05/2009 20:38

I have bought the UD Wrap and another large WN wrap. Definatly going with 2 parters now. .

Natty - sorry I missed you on MSN. Hubby was on the PC while I was out at mums all day. My Msn always runs in the background and I forget about it as it is usually only mum who ever talks to me on it! Sorry about that!

Tomorrow is fine for paypal. If you could send me your address again that would be great as not sure I have it. I am not sure if I will get to the PO tomorrow though - are you in a hurry for it?

If anybody does want the anytimes, I will give you lot first choice. One is white and one green. Will do to somebody from this thread £1o for them both posted if thats any good?

ceb80 · 14/05/2009 20:41

me me me please Jen!

JennyPenny22 · 14/05/2009 20:42

Oh and does anybody use berryplush? I have a small pink one and its lovely looking. Thats all I can say so far as we have only used once.

ilovemydogandMrObama · 14/05/2009 20:48

When does Hatts have her Paed appt?

treedelivery · 14/05/2009 21:00

T'was today!! Was shaking so nervous! He basically isn't saying anything till she is older and weaning - so he will review in 2 months. I'm to take pics of poos [yes really! Better make sure they are in lovely nappies ] that are normal to compare to poo when she is challenged with dairy. I'm just going to challenge her myself, like I have done twice already. Sigh. He does not feel any blood tests etc would be usefull at this stage.

The poo I took along in sample pots he agreed was mucousy so at least he knows I'm not mad as a hatter or making it up.
So I dunno really. I sort of felt it was tit for tat - I had an answer for everything he said to try wave away problems, as I have researched this to death with the help of a scientist freind. So we'll see in 2 months.

I really hope it isn't dairy - but at the same time I would like a reason for all this trouble and strife. iyswim. If it is I'll be badgering you for lots of tips on milk free toddlers! Hav eposted on your thread btw.

Sorry - Off topic slightly everyone, but it is poo related so kinda on topic too

ShirleyL · 14/05/2009 21:04

Thanks ilovemydog am going to buy yet again more nappies

Evening all!

Now that I am using 2-parters a lot I have just ordered 4 bamboo sandys from treehuggermums for £5.40 each and it was my first order with them so the shipping was free too!

Does anyone want a large black babybufter nappy? It has strawberries on and is complete with huge booster that goes with it - £5 posted but cover fees please.

ilovemydogandMrObama · 14/05/2009 21:48

Am off this board for the foreseeable future

Thanks people for an enjoyable time. I don't like confrontation, nor do I like aggression.

Cheerio!

TheNatty · 14/05/2009 21:50

TCB that sounds like a good deal! free postage as well

twoclimbingboys · 14/05/2009 21:53

tree - I hope the photo taking works and he can diagnose next time.
As bizarre as this I always inspect the boys poos to check everything looks normal - I really wouldn't have believed it of myself a few years ago. (note to self - must stop this weird interest prior to them turning 18!!)

twoclimbingboys · 14/05/2009 21:55

x-post natty sorry. i'm really pleased with the free postage as I only noticed it on the home page when logging in tonight to order or I wouldn't have used the code!

How is Ellen's potty training going and the newbie fluff preparation?

treedelivery · 14/05/2009 21:55

All mums check poo.

Don' they???????????? Please say yes.

TheNatty · 14/05/2009 21:57

Tree my son had a dairy problem, went on dairy free formula. he also had that mucusy poo thing. took ALOT of visits to the GP to get a diagnosis, was easier cos he was weaning at the time so could "test" him alot easier.

good luck, im sure you will get there in the end

ceb - sorry I missed your message through x posting! Do you want to email/paypal me? (I know I only said yesterday that I don't put my email address on here but still! LOL). Its:

jennifer _ webb @ hotmail . co . uk

(Obviously with no spaces).

I have sold one of my BBOS too so have enough for some more stuff! Have hopefully just bought a newborn soaker for £5 - the lady did have 4 of them but I am a bit wary of getting them all and then they are too small so will see how I go with the first one. I love the wool soaker we are using ATM.

I did take a picture of Talia in her woolies earlier but then I took my camera to mums and left it there! Seeing her tomorrow though so hopefully I will put it on here tomorrow night!

JennyPenny22 · 14/05/2009 22:06

Yes - I check poo!

Ilove - don't go .

TheNatty · 14/05/2009 22:51

sorry TCB missed that post lol!

ellen is now fully trained in the day so she has been wearing all the nice nappies to bed at lunch time lol!!

newborn fluff going well, got nearly everything, i just been practising my folding for the muslins
