I felt soooooooooo guilty the other day as in a md rush I gave my 3 year old fresh pasta nad pesto followed by strawberries, grapes and apple slices....After watching JO's new programme I feel totally relieved.

Im not a great cook but would never, never, never feed my 3 year old kebab meat or chips and cheese from a take a way!!!!

We have a takeaway curry every few weeks. DS has McDonalds once a month or so. He drinks Fanta at the weekends or if we are out. Moderation.

Actually my sis had v. bad PND for quite a few years and if her DH didn't cook they lived on takeaways.

Aren't they making cookery compulsory in schools now? It will be interesting to see how much of a difference that makes.

Switched off after seeing the woman whining about not having any money to feed her kids a decent meal and go and get the food from the shops after sitting in front of a huge TV and lighting a fag!

nailpolish · 01/10/2008 11:22

I used to laugh a lot at that fat tongued website a few years ago

CatIsSleepy · 01/10/2008 11:24

i liked natasha too
thing is she was very aware that what she was feeding her kids was crap and wanted to do something about it, she just needed a helping hand/kick up the arse
she actually enjoyed the cooking when she got into it

nailpolish · 01/10/2008 11:25

i hae]vnt ever had a kebab either
show me the part of the animal that comes in a ready rolled giant sausage with a handy rotating rod through it and then ill believe its delicious meat
