What time would you expect a three and five-year-old to go to sleep?

I have three kids, aged 1, 3 and 5.

The one-year-old goes to bed at 7pm, very easy, straight to sleep by himself.

The other two are a total pain. They share a bedroom which possibly doesn't help, but we've decided we need a total reset on bedtimes as it's taking over our evening.

It occurred to me that they might actually not be going to bed at the correct time. What time would you expect a three-year-old and a five-year-old to be asleep?

I would try 7pm for 1 year old, 7.30pm for the 3 year old and 8pm for the 5 year old.

I have a 5.5,3.5 and 20 months old and they go down usually between 7-8pm.

can you put the 3year old down first, get them to sleep then the 5yr old has to be quiet so they don't wake their sibling up? Do stories with the older one in your bedroom or downstairs.

I have a 5 year old and 2 and a half year old. They go to bed at different times most nights.

My 5 year old can be knackered from school so around 7pm. My 2 year old isn’t sleepy until 8pm. No way we would cope with them sharing a room.

Mine went at 6:30-7 at that age. If he was up much later he was bouncing off the walls overtired.
