RTKangaMummy · 06/07/2005 11:40

Will hate to loose to the French

wouldn't mind loosing to anyone else but .............

Fimbo · 06/07/2005 11:40

Fingers crossed for London. It would be something truly spectacular to take the children to when they are older.

PiccadillyCircus · 06/07/2005 11:41

On BBC website it says decision expected at 12:46.

Sounds quite precise .

The link has quite amusing countdown comments.

QueenOfQuotes · 06/07/2005 11:41

12.46 - pAH I'm going to miss the announcement - have to drop DS1 at nursery at 12.45 - will have to wait 15 minutes to find out ARGHHH

flashingnose · 06/07/2005 11:41

It could be one of the best things that's happened to this country in modern times...if we let it.

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 06/07/2005 11:41

I think Paris will get it...but hope we do...

Manchester was fab during the Commonwealth games, a real buzz...I would love to take family down to London to watch some of the games...

RTKangaMummy · 06/07/2005 11:42

So everyone will come in to watch the announcement

QueenOfQuotes · 06/07/2005 11:42

at least if we do 'lose' it - Paris won't be too far to take the kids either

flashingnose · 06/07/2005 11:42

Ah but we have David Beckham

OP posts:
teeavee · 06/07/2005 11:43

ETKM!!!!! Quelle horreur!
Personally, I'm fed up of all the hype already - and there's 7 more years to go!
The media/news coverage here in France has been huge - and I think they would really hate to lose it to the English too!!!

I vote for New York

RTKangaMummy · 06/07/2005 11:43

will be at 7.30pm singapore time

Lizzylou · 06/07/2005 11:43

Now, that is a point!!!
Our food may be sh8te but we have Becks!
