As you may know TrinityRhinos dh died in August and a small request to buy some shoes turned into a very loving, giving thread to help Trinity, another Mumsnetter (sleepwhenidie) suggested that maybe we could sort getting TR a present for her and she has been hankering after this coat
for over a year, I started a paypal fund which currently has around £470 in it and thought I'd cheekily email Boden to ask for a discount on the coat and this is the most fantastic email reply I received today

'Dear Michelle,

Thanks for getting in touch, Trinity is very fortunate to have such good friends.

We would love to give you this coat for Trinity, plus a £50 Boden gift voucher for each of her daughters and step sons.

Please let me know which size and colour you would like and I'll get the coat ordered for you.

Oh and in all the flurry of organising this I have gone and agreed to help at dd2's preschool tomorrow (I am chair there !) so think I have earnt my 'good girl' (as said by dd1) points so apparently she thinks Father Christmas is going to visit me this year too

I know Trinity can't have a 'good' Christmas this year, but am so very glad she and the children will get a few things in the post.
