As I say, I'm going to try to live by:

'Don't sweat the small stuff'.

I'd like to see hundreds of others and see what other people base their lives/sanity on.

So list them here!

Recently it's been JFDI (just f*ing do it!). Only bit of work speak I've ever adopted.

More paragraphs than catchy mottos, but mine are:

"In 20 years time, you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked."

AND

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, red wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, 'Woo hoo, what a ride!' "

My dad always used to say 'there's no such thing as a bad decision - you make the best one for you at that time'. I think he really meant 'don't drive yourself nuts over things you can't change'.

Everyone else is doing their best too.
