It's nothing special to look at from the outside, just a standard 30s semi, but it has bags more space than our current house, an upstairs bathroom (Yay!), a garage, 75ft garden. The location is what makes it special - it overlooks the large recreation ground across the road from the boys' school so they'll have plenty of space to run, climb trees, play football etc right on their doorstep. And it'll be about 2 minutes walk to school. So it couldn't be better.
It's unmodernised so will need tons of work (but that's the only reason it was in our price range) and the sellers have accepted 65K below the asking price.
