Jack has resurfaced on Twitter, changed her user name and has said that a hacker has been deleting some of her tweets while she's been having a physical and mental breakdown. She also says that she hasn't been able to access funds from her Patreon for nearly a year because it was hacked and she was locked out of it. Does anyone believe her?

No, she’s not at all on people’s radars. And we have a lot of discussions about recipes, ingredients etc. No one has ever taken a tin of spaghetti hoops and announced that they want to rinse them and grate Parmesan over, funnily enough.

Books being given out at food banks - I recall her saying this. We certainly didn’t receive any, but we’re just one food bank and not near JM geographically so we wouldn’t have been likely recipients. I remember vaguely that she’d given them to Trussell Trust banks? Not totally sure but ringing a bell.

I can remember when she said she'd donate some of her books to food banks or/and the Trussell Trust. In the next breath she asked people to send her money for the books so she could 'donate' them. I really wish a TV programme would do an expose of her.

Yes I think what happened is she asked people to buy two books, one for themselves and one for a foodbank. I remmeber thinking 'there's a catch here'...because it sounds like she's being generous but in fact she's getting double the profit rather than, say, simply donating 25% of the cover price to a food bank direct!

Anyone who thinks this woman isn’t a pathological liar, please see her latest Tweets where she says she’s walking around for 80 hours per week, leafleting and campaigning for Labour. Then see previous Tweets and Twitter bio going on about how disabled she is, and how her son definitely lives with her and so does the big dog she allegedly walks for something like three hours a day. Not sure how all of the above computes. Couldn’t send out her Patreon rewards or close the account, though! This woman has grifted hundreds of thousands of pounds for things that have never materialized, all under the guise of being poor and unwell. The illness she has is bloody Munchausens.

80 hours a week for months. Which is strange as the election was only announced about six weeks ago. Nice that she can afford to spend all that time doing unpaid volunteering too; I certainly can’t.

At one time she was receiving over 3k monthly. At the end of last year she had 323 paying her patreon monthly. That was bringing in at least over 1k a month. Hard to say how much because couldn't see who was paying what tier. Since then she blocked others being able to see how many patrons she has.

And if she is not receiving any money from the Patreon (which is what she says) what is happening to the money. Is it just all sitting there building up? I would imagine if she really really isn't receiving that money she'd have to be on benefits. But that wouldn't fit with being able to do 80 hours a week volunteer work for the Labour Party.

Interested to know if you ever get MN scolds on these Jack Monroe threads, pointing out the error of your ways, and doing their utmost to get the threads removed?

I'm only asking because there used to be threads on a less well-known grifter - Liz Fraser, fantasist, marriage wrecker and author of the dubious 'memoir' Coming Clean. The similarities between these two delusional women are uncanny, and it's nice to see that MN allows you to discuss Jack Monroe so openly.

Alas for the Liz Fraser threads, they were mostly taken down, apparently due to her fragile mental state (not so fragile she wasn't grifting money from survivors of domestic violence, whilst buying herself 2 properties and being on perpetual holidays).

Apparently the people commenting on her were the bad guys, something I never understood!

Anyway, good luck to you for being able to discuss issues that you deem to be of interest on this platform. We got banned!

Still loving the thread, but still not sure how this one survives yet ones about similar grifter Liz Fraser get deleted. Contacts at MN Towers? Daddy Fraser threatening legal action?

Perhaps what was being said on here about Jack was also being said on other social media platforms, that's why they were rightly allowed to stay.

Ive read elsewhere that she now has a job with Southend Council.

It's started. Her cat needs treatment for kidney problems ( he's only 6 😟)and she's worried about vets bills.
