i told ds i needed new wellies too yesterday, i chucked my muckers out last year as they were about 15 years old!! but still havnt got round to buying any more, but as we have a bit of snow i may go down the tack shop and get some this moring.

i have to have a big tidy today as my bf and her dp are coming round this eve and she's a clean freak, so i need it at least semi representable and toys in the toybox, books back on the shelves and go clean the bathroom.

Well DS went into DD's room last night and DD slept in the attic. DS slept through to 6, but I couldn't get back to sleep so went for a run Feel fab now. It wasn't a long run but I know I'm continent at least!

We are considering moving too. We sat down and had a big talk and dh thinks that we should have another baby..... I would love another but didn't think we could afford it. It will mean economising but it is managable. Only thing is we would need to move to a bigger house. The 5 year plan is for me to get pregnant at the end of the year, ideally get interviewed and accepted onto the course starting sept next year, I defer a year, and start Sept 2010, and DD will be at school. I will then have longish university holidays and childcare will be much cheaper.....simple hey?

Dentistry yes. Actually Worley, Diagnostic Radiography is one of the allowable entry degrees were you ever to et bored of your job.

Report
worley · 05/02/2008 14:10

but isn't it about 5 years to train? i had enough after 3 years, not sure i could manage it again. my mums used to be a dental nurse, she trained in london a long long time ago (before she had me) but is now a retinal screener. (just thought i would add that in , not for any particular reason)

but thinking of how much money they earn maybe 5 years isn't that long

It's four years when you go in for graduate entry. You can do graduate entry medicine too. Do ya fancy being a radiologist?

Im scared after I have number two that I too will want three babies......

good on yer, Jenn, sounds like a life plan and a fun family when they are growing up.

dd is obsessed with the night garden, she shouts 'pakka pakka' over and over and smiles at oopsie daisy. I too really like watching it, I caught myself feeling sad when it finished yesterday! pregnancy hormones Im sure...
The for sale board has appeared in our front garden! scary but wonderful; cant wait to have some viewings.

Report

No not at all weird voodoo. I cant be arsed with work either. And I watched an episode of ITNG today too. It's very soothing and calming. Dd likes it too. She says pickle (pronounced pick ew) over and over.

So you have come over to the dark side of ITNG then Jenn !!

Am up to my neck in P&T. Why are women so bitchy to each other?? Trying hard not to let it get to me, but too easy to take it to heart
On the bright side the Council have had to put their plans to increase hall letting fees 'on hold' due to it being bloody unpopular!
