how can i stop cats poo-ing in my garden.

Fran1 - I have a friend who had cats and they brought mice IN and then she's find the meeces decapitated bodies in the morning and have to go hunting for the head - bleurgghh!

I have an awful tale about when I was 13 I had a lovely hamster called cuddles. Well cuddles was in my room at night and being nocturnal would run around on her wheel all night hence no sleep for me! Anyway to cut a long story short I put cuddles in the airing cupboard downstairs and the evil cat we had called Tiger opened the cage and stripped it's skin off. It was horrific! We had to have the hamster put down. Now you know why I don't like cats!

Perhaps we could arrange for your grown up kids to come and knock on your door at 7am tomorrow so you don't feel left out when we are all talking about how tired we are tomorrow?

Jools too - i had the same prob thats why we have decided not to fit a cat flap since in new house. Life is soooo much more pleasant!

what is much worse than anything that cats do,is dogs licking their arses and other dogs arses and then giving their owners 'kisses'!!! Now that is gross! and cats don't hump your leg.And you don't have to clean cat poo off the wheels of the pram when you've been for a walk.And how often do you see headlines saying 'child has plastic surgery after being mauled by killer cat'.And there isn't a dangerous cats act, is there????

alexsmum - I am not too fond of dogs either. especially when mums bring them up to the school gates and let them poo all over the place - don't get me started

alexsmum - you are SO right! and the other thing with dogs (I've said this before) is that their bollocks hang down and then they go and spread themselves all over your carpet! eeewwwww!

Yep, dogs are even worse than cats. I hate it when kids are clearly frightened and owners just grin and say 'he/she won't hurt them' while the child is screeching with fear. That makes me want to go over and lamp them one.

Also hate dogs that bark behind the letterbox - those houses never got my papers

I am really pmsl to myself, how sad.
I have a confession I am really scared of animals and hate farm/zoo trips. I can remember going to a farm recently and they had turkeys wondering around. I honestly could have passed out I was that scared!

I hate turkeys so much that I don't eat them. It;s the red bit hanging down that puts me off. I know I have a lot of hang ups

there is a woman who wals her ten(yes that's right 10) dogs all together in our local park.I remember when ds and his friend were only about 3 and she had let these bloody dogs off the lead and they all charged towards our two little lads and she did not get why they were frightened!
As someone said, it makes you feel loke doing something to frighten them! god apologies for the spelling-am being almost coddy.

I used to work with a girl who had a dog, and her clothes used to stink of dog. I don' think she realised and i was always so tempted to tell her but how do you start that sort of conversation?

Erm theres a funny wiff round here (looks down at feet and shuffles around a bit)

Smelly girl goes is there? i can't smell it.
