Stawberry, I've had a couple of car crashes - nothing serious on the injury front, but my h had a very bad one a few years ago and ended up in resus - or however you spell it. It's horrible and can make you v nervous about driving. If you are nervous, make sure you go out with someone else when driving for a while to get your confidence back. Lots of luck.
