there was a "why are you all so quick to condemn" - that i nearly nearly got what was going on - but didnt quite - as like all of these threads inc. " am off" types they always refer to the "other" thread - not naming it.

Coddy did admit to being slightly squiffy though.

she used to scare the pants of me but I just see her as frightfully public school (no offence ex-Roedean gells) and she does give a lot of practical advice.

I also sent her a pic of my fragrant boys and she did not gush over them so I presume she must be made of granite

so so so so so so so so so so so bored by all this. do you think those of us who grew out of namecalling and playground flouncing when we were 12 could have a separate section of the board (maybe called "for grownups") where we could, oh, I don't know, post on threads looking for advice or have a silly or otherwise chat without virtually treading on the virtual toes and fragile egos of other anonymous posters? no? oh well, just a thought.

note that I said "bored" and not "upset" "angry" "insulted" "disappointed" "saddened" or any other word that implies personal wounding of some sort... yawn
