Oh Helen sometimes you need a good grump (IYKWIM) every so often, and you've not exactly had a cheery day. Athos will bring wine too and some chocolate and possibly pizza and fish and chips.

Grumping is very much allowed helen, hope tomorrow is less irritating.

I'm watching a summary of the first week of the Tour, it's been pretty dramatic so far - poor G

Don't think I can think of a more gruelling sporting event than the Tour. The levels of endurance and fitness required and the risk of injuries are just bonkers. And that's just when they meet up with wenches

(Serious about it being the most gruelling and challenging event BTW)

Although I do try not to injure anyone.....

One can only hope they don't get cramp in any important muscles.
