Five years on from my first treatment, the options have pretty much run out.

Please join us for the rest of the journey. Doom and gloom is absolutely banned. There are still laughs and love to share and celebrate.

All Lego has arrived. Which is big relief. Because what this house really desperately needed was more Lego - not!

I just loved Amsterdam, some of the best times, cycling around completely zonked! Buying a mini (car!) for 50 gilders, parking anywhere you like.

I worked in the red light district, not in that industry! Never felt threatened, was very civilised and friendly.

Was 1974 so things have probably tightened up now.

I keep seeing little things I think he might like and buying them - I really need to stop now!
Today it was a dinosaur tail that is used to prop up your mobile phone so you can watch things on it random

Pacific - delurking just to ask where you found the brush? DS1 (aged 13) has an awkward bit on his back that he can't reach, and is covered in sore spots. I've been half looking out for one...

I got him this one because of the soft bristles he IS my baby, you know
I was going to get him a long-handles sponge but they seem to all be marketed towards those with mobility problems and come in 'nude' or 'institution green/greige' and just did not appeal.

Ah, perfect, thanks. He's at an age where he won't let me scrub his back, so that will do the job fine!

Bend and slurp tickled me. Have a vision of BBB dressed in pink a la Elle in Legally blonde doing the bend n slurp rather than the bend n snap. Now tempted to pour a cointreau just to try it.

I remember watching Wallander (proper version) and thinking how obvious it is just listening to them chatting that so much of the English language is derived from Scandinavian!

We had a horrid pink one when I was a child which I refused to use long storyof my pathological hatred of the colour pink
Til one day my baby brother was sitting in his pram playing with it (this was back in the 70s and we made our own fun then:)) and he walloped my cousin over the head with it and he had to be taken to hospital to have his head stitched
It disappeared after that....

I have tried and failed to find an image of the Christmas jumper I've seen with two mince pies on the front with the red berry strategically placed...
