I had physio in February, four sessions one week apart. Fell the day after the last one. Undid the improvement and I'm actually worse now, plus I pulled my shoulder out in October and can't twist my arm back. Agony every day when taking my bra off.

I could pay for physio but if I want another four on the NHS I'd have to waste a GP appointment asking for a referral. Tbh I didn't like the physio so would want to see someone else. I paid a fortune seeing a private osteopath who didn't help at all so don't want to pay but the pain and restrictions it causes me are getting me down.

Boobs too big to go without a bra but I love taking it off when DH is home to help. Plus after three babies breastfed and they are still pretty good so don't want them drooping.

Thank goodness for hot water bottles.
