The thread in Chat has gone to thread heaven. Silly Zombie thought it wasn't due to go until tomorrow so missed her chance to ask HQ to move it here.

She slept well last night and feels reasonably well this morning.

Hope the DBF team all had a great day yesterday and pc course our general Zombie ! Had a great day yesterday, being waited on for only the second time ever I haven't had to cook Xmas dinner.
But making up for it today have a dozen or more round tonight for a cold buffet. Thought I would share this pic with you, it's my gd,s boyfriend in the gift I bought him !

I've had a lovely Christmas. My in-laws are fabulous hosts. Unfortunately they both have a very nasty lurgy (which I sincerely hope I didn't catch!), so weren't able to enjoy themselves.

My niece and her boyfriend win the prize for best present - a pamper voucher. I'm still trying to decide which treatments to have...

I also got to see several other friends. ZombieLad was the main topic of conversation. Everyone is so excited that he's back in my life and they LOVED the photos of us.

I made it to Sainsbury and home before the snow started. Not that it lasted long. ZombieCats are happy to have me home.

I'm having my hair tidied up tomorrow. Pics to follow.

We have people wandering past our house in similar outfits all year round.
Sometimes riding bikes, sometimes not.
Last week the only urge I got was to run out and wrap them in a nice fluffy blanket.

We are home, nothing special, but we'll let all the kids staying up. Our best friend who was going to come over has a chest infection so unfortunately he is not coming. boo.

does echinacea drops help you? I take them and high factor manuka honey at first sign of cold, they tend to ease the suffering.

Oh so sorry to see that Zombie. Hope you have some suitable medication in your cupboards. Not what you need is it. Hope you will soon feel better, but i guess your immune system is quite low at the moment.

DH found peppermint tea and chicken & mash/ chicken soup and Soothers got him through the worst of it, with plenty of bed rest and an occasional small swig of something 40% proof to knock it on the head (after a few days).

Damn Fuck & Bugger to the lurgy, Zombie.
