Zombie continues her cancer journey after chemo

The thread in Chat has gone to thread heaven. Silly Zombie thought it wasn't due to go until tomorrow so missed her chance to ask HQ to move it here.

She slept well last night and feels reasonably well this morning.

Late posting tonight ! Zombie hope you have improved a bit from yesterday. I would imagine it has taken a lot from you, I hope the dreaded lurgy is soon gone. Hope you are having fluids and wrapping up warm.

oh thanks All I'm ok now, but having to line my knickers with a nappy coz I couldn't get to loo in time was just genius ridiculous, but totally necessary.
( kids may have been traumatised. can not tell just yet, they seem normal for now.Grin )

so far everyone else is ok, I hope that was it.

Biopsy from first cat , which was put to sleep before Xmas has come back with the results , it was def antifreeze poisoning. Even though in the end the vet discounted this and said it was a genetic illness, despite neighbours cat having the same thing which vet put down to coincidence. Second cat is still alive but will probably have to be put to sleep too very soon . I don't know what's happened to the neighbours cat. Will try and find out I do hope no- one put it down to get rid of the cats and it has been an accidental thing. How sad.

That is very sad. I hope it wasn't put down deliberately too. Perhaps someone was careless disposing of some leftover antifreeze, or left it out in their garden to use for something, and your cats thought it was water they could drink.

It's my nieces two cats, not mine. It's such a shame they were beautiful cats. Two brothers I hope the same as you that it was accidental.

I got myself a belated Christmas present - a photo scanner. I've spent this evening scanning slides of BabyZombieLad.
