She slept well last night and feels reasonably well this morning.

I was a good Zombie and was in bed by 10.30 last night. Woken up about 9.30 this morning by the window cleaner. Then went up to read in bed about 12.30 and fell asleep again. Until 5.30...

No medical appointments this week, Bee. I have my echocardiogram on Monday afternoon and see my oncologist on Tuesday afternoon.

Grimfox, I've said a couple of times to ZombieLad that his adoptive mum should get the credit for the way he has turned out. He always responds that genes get equal credit.

In the interests of directing secret action plans, rest assured I know nothing of any plans afoot and so they are being kept secret.

Also, in a kind of celebratory and contributing effort of teamDBF, I was involved in a secret plan of my own yesterday. It was secret as my eyes were closed for most of it. I did also warble (might have been wimpering, and borrowing oaths from mummy and the occasional 'is it over yet?') 108 metres up on a chairoplane; not bad for someone who is scared of heights.

Hi Zombie, hope you have had an ok day today and you have felt well. We had a lovely spell of sunshine for a while. Today is the day I lost my mum 3 years ago and on Sunday it will be the day I lost my sister so not a good couple of days this end. But it will soon be Monday and the memorial days will be over.
Have you been out at all today for any theraputic shopping ? I am going to treat myself to an early Christmas present of the new Status Quo cd. I can't wait till dec to get it !

Just to say I have never been up on a chairoplane before as I tend to need to throw up after a go on the gentlest of fairground rides. There was a group of us and an odd number wanted to go up, so I went for it. I'm not quite sure if this is the right kind of thing to be sharing with TeamDMF, but something about facing my fears and being scared and doing it anyway it made me think of Zombie. (I know nothing like in the same league, and no offence intended in the comparison.)
