I haven't heard yet either though last time she did a job for them we only got the confirmation the evening before. As neither if you had heard I imagine our children are still in with a chance. Will let you know if I hear though it;s a bit hard to get to the comp today as DP is working form home. GOOD LUCK!!!

mrsratty - unfortuately they didn't ask for my 6 year old with b and b! i really think i have got to change the picture they have on their books as it doesn't do any justice! or they could have excluded redheads

Littlemadam, thank for asking about us, yes I think she is confirmed but no more details yet so not much the wiser.
Had a phone call from the council to quiery the licence as there was a problem, then a call from the agent just after to say that she was confirmed but im not sure the licence thing was sorted so still kind of holding out for more details really!!

julie my DD joined the same time as your son and hasnt done too bad so far, I think it just all depends on what the clients are looking for, seems sometimes they know what they want before they have looked at any models.

Im sure this is just the build up to something big for your son

thanks tink - it would be nice for him to get something. although the star now unpaid film was a great experience for him i hope the film does well! it will be nice to see him on dvd or something

Julie, we were about 3 weeks before our first job, and then another month before our second, then we had loads over the holidays. Another boy we saw had nothing then did the BBC and Burberry very quickly. You really never know!! Bet your DS is really busy next month!

ooh had a proud mummy moment earlier, a copy of ds' dress up book came through my letterbox earlier! they even acknowledged all the kids that did the book for them. am so pleased, it's such a lovely keepsake.

Christabel, I think Boss have an arm that does do adults casting (not just models) as well as children, they are in Manchester, again look at childmodelling.net as Tinkerbal said, it gives all the web addresses.

Just wondering for those of you going to liverpool for the comp, on napm someone has said one of the rules to this comp is that you can not be with a sole rep modeling agency !and i think most people proberly are, just thought id pass that on, sorry if its already been nrought up
