My 10 year old has got through as well

I cant take her anyway as she won a talent competition on hols in July and has to go back that weekend to compete in the finals.

Its free as that was her prize. The overall winner of winners, gets a 2 week hol and a bike and its costing us nothing to go so I cant compare the 2 events really.

Just as well as I wouldnt have known whether to go or not!!

julie4travel · 27/09/2006 10:17

edu rita was that a haven thing, i won one of them when i was a kid it was great had to go back for fianals week !!

mimi1uk · 27/09/2006 10:26

ellesmum, im not sure, do not think i will go if there is 60 boys and girls in each catorory they make 27000 pounds out of it, as and when they found out others are not going they will just email the next down the list so they fill all the places to get maximum money, im sure it is genuine to an extent but there is also a lot of money to be made in organising it, agree with julie it wil be a fun day experience..

mimi1uk · 27/09/2006 10:28

educat - ive just got my post funnily enough and my pictures have come from the farnbough shoot, they are georgeous they look so proffesional!

mimi - have just emailed you

mimi1uk · 27/09/2006 11:16

emailed back

ellismummy · 27/09/2006 11:23

It sounds like the farnbough pics were much better than the wandsworth shoot, I have recieved mine fron wandsworth but have to say was a bit disapointed with them, the background didnt look very nice, nice experience going though, but I prob wouldnt do any unpaid ones again.

ellismummy · 27/09/2006 11:26

Have had my ds photos updated on bma site so hopefully might get things moving as only had 1 casting since May.

mrsratty · 27/09/2006 11:32

Finally got a call today to see if DD is free this Friday for a job, it will be great if she gets it and I especially like jobs without castings!

ellesmum · 27/09/2006 11:35

mimi - have forwarded u the garden pics and emailed u back

ellismummy · 27/09/2006 11:35

mrsratty, thats great, a job without a casting would be so lovely, your dds with ua isnt she?

Tinkerbel5 · 27/09/2006 11:38

hello peeps.

didt apply for the british isles comp for DD, Liverpool is definately too far away for me.

mrsratty I got that call earlier aswell, do you know how many children they want ?

mrsratty · 27/09/2006 11:42

I have no idea Tinkerbel, I didn't ask what it's for do you know?

Tinkerbel5 · 27/09/2006 11:49
