For some reason it is telling me that the thraed is to large to post again.

Mrratty> Im not really sure how they are taking the pics. The location that we have been given is Farnbourgh, I dont know if others have different locations.

i was told there were over 300 applicants who applied to cm and only 30 kids were chosen, so very small percent if u think of all those applications.

just had a chat with one of the founders of cm net and she said all of the childrens photos will be used for their maketing products, only some will be used more than others.

Hi everyone!

Sitting here feeling slightly "sensitive" after a wee night out with a couple of girlfriends. I think the "oh, lets stop for a lager and lime" on the way home was a no-no. Besides, everyone in the bar looked to be about 12. I felt like an old fart. I'm not keen on lager and lime anyway.

Anywho....

PrincessMel - I am not doing the CM shoot either. Didn't even know there was one going on until I logged on today.

Yummy - Your DD is GORGEOUS! I love the snap of her in the pink outfit.

All quiet on the modelling front. Probably for the best as he starts back at school on the 6th. Year 2! YOIPS!

yackerty have you heard on the catalogue yet? I still haven't how long do they take

to the other mum whose taking her three boys for the shoot do they need licences? I am worried if my ds gets asked at last minute a licence is required and not enough timing for it

2manypimms - glad you had a nice evening, hope its not along day! There maybe still time to apply for the cm thing , they accepted someone else yesterday. i am off work this morning with the kids hope they play nicely together today. I have invited a friend round they both like so hopefully this will stop them fighting (again!)

hi all! yummy your dd is beautiful i love her curls!!! i can't seem to see most of the pics on cm.net, they all seem to have the red x's. am i doing something wrong? i tried to register but i keep getting an error.

i was considering sending in a photo for cm.net shoot today but i wonder, is it a conflict as b&b are sole agent? or is it okay because it's unpaid? is anyone else with b&b going?

dylansluckymummy-hi as its unpaid you should be fine with your agent. my ds is with b and b and i emailed them to say a date he is doing an unpaid job so the date doesn't conflict with any date/work they have put him forward for. just really as a curtousy thing really.

ellesmum elle is gorgeous! she's going to be a heartbreaker. your poor husband, teenage years will be very stressful. makes me glad we had a boy.

who else's lo's are on that site? just putting at least the child's face to the name! maybe we should post pics in the profile section of ourselves so we know who's who for meet-up?

DylansLM, just to second Julie, we did a shoot in the summer for a friend, and I just called BB to let them know. Just be on the safe side!!

I was wondering....Anyone thats been doing this for a while, when are the Spring/summer shoots usually done, is it October time or Christmas???

Don't know if this helps but we did mothercare spring/summer catalogue in october last year - think things usually get busy again september time.

Thanks Yackerty, just wondering, as we are hoping to go see my parents in Australia for 3 weeks at Christmas, and I wondered if that would mean missing all the Spring Summer work. Still worth it for a tan...and free babysitting!!

Kaloo20 - congratulations!! When is the shoot date, it is on location??? It will really be exciting for your DD when she sees it on TV. Has anyone seen the site that shows ads here www.visit4info.com (sorry can't make link ) not sure if it helps but might be able to get it without watching TV.....

julie he looks like a little sweetheart. is he geniunely as happy a boy as he looks there?? seems as though he loves to be in front of the camera! do you have a dd as well?

i emailed isabel at cm.net and she wants us to come to shepherds bush friday the 8th at 10.30am. anyone else going to be there? she said that they're actually really full but they don't have any small babies (just her baby!) so they'd really like ds there.

Littlemadam, I have been led to believe that things get busy from september to feb time so you will have loads of time to get lots of jobs in before jetting off to Aus (you lucky thing!)

Kalloo congrats for dd on Ambipur job, we didn't hear anything back! Wonder if we were at casting at same time?
Been away in the van for the weekend, was loads of fun and actually did what it was supposed to!!
Lanismum, how was Reading, watched it on our TV in van with envy Pearl Jam looked awesome!
Dylan got a call for a Mand S casting tomorrow, unfortunately we can't make it, aint it always the way!! Dreading the kids going back to school, means the summer really is coming to an end!
