DD was 10 on monday and she is a walking fashion addict, and is addicted to shoes. Shes at the age where she thinks everything has to be named and thinks that it all costs nothing lol.

Its dd's photoshoot for model book on Sunday. I'm paranoid that she doesn't get a bruise or a bump before then! She's always falling over as she's just started walking.

princessmel, dont worry too much about bruises ect, dd had a scratch when she had her photos updated, and they must have airbrused it out as it wasnt on the photos.

Yes I was hoping they'd do that if dd has a bang etc. It must be really common for babies and kids to have bumps. She is only meant to wear a nappy so now I've only got to choose which one to put her in!

PrincessMel - Julian is confirmed for the standby thing with John Lewis. I am going to get his work from the teacher and see if I can do some with him to kill time. B&B said it was highly unusual for a shoot for a 5 or 6 year old to require a standby. I don't think it is with the same photographer from the day of the accident which is a shame - he was a great bloke!

So....I am going to bring a rucksack full of games, toys and colouring books to keep the rascals happy for four or five hours. Hoping DD doesn't kick off.

I have been reading through the posts and am pleased to see so many of your LOs have had lots of work lately.

Well, I am off to research new areas of the country to live in. It has been my preoccupation lately. Sigh.

Really looking forward to the meet in a couple of weeks. DH is gone that weekend hiking with an old friend so I am FREE!!!!!

pimms you look great, i've already set a reminder on sky to watch ... and i've watched the past couple in anticipation. actually i have to say i've picked up a couple really good tips from her, particularly for smelly shoes!!!
